The apartment is air-conditioned (hot/cold system), equipped with every comfort (2 TVs with DVD player, stereo, 2 a/c, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, toaster, blender, iron with ironing board, hairdryer, chairs, sun loungers and beach umbrellas, small barbecue, washing machine) and IS ONLY 5 METERS FROM THE BEAUTIFUL BEACH OF GEREMEAS, inside a complex with access for residents only. A car is recommended, a SUV is better, as the road is a bit bumpy in some places. Parking is free.
