Beachfront holiday rental in Grotto Bay

We loved our stay here! The ocean views were amazing and a perfect spot outside of Cape Town but not too far. Easy to drive to neighboring towns.

This place was a wonderful getaway! Incredible views over the ocean and the most charming cabin to stay in. The check in was a little challenging in the dark, but Utas instructions and pictures helped us find our way. Would love to stay here again in the future!

the location is phenomenal. direct beach access and the views are incredible. the house is beautiful, clean and large with all the amenities you need. I love the little grassed yard in the back. made it very easy to take dogs out. our 2 dogs had an absolute blast with lots of beach walks on a stunning beach that is relatively quiet. we all loved relaxing on the deck with unobstructed views of the ocean. there is a hot and cold shower on the side of the house that made it very convenient to wash off sand. really enjoyed this place

Absolutely loved our stay! Will without a doubt be back again , honestly a wonderful peaceful spot . Host went as far as pushing the car out the drive way in order to not wake us up in the morning! Blew our minds 👌 will 100% be back.

This was absolutely the best place I have ever stayed. Your home away from home. You only have to bring your food and clothes. Worth every cent and more. If my dogs could give a review, they would give it 5 stars. Huge outside space for them to run around and have a good time. The game room and heated pool was an amazing bonus. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you Nicky for being a great host.

Perfect spot for a breakaway not far out of Cape Town. The kids played all day in the sand and on the deck while we enjoyed the view, braaing snoek and appreciating the solitude. Definitely coming back as 2 nights is way to short

We stayed at this lovely place for two weeks and felt at home immediately. Very spacious and cozy 2-bdr/2bath with spectacular views and sounds of the ocean just across the road from the beach. Very convenient underground parking; supermarkets, stores, restaurants either in walking distance (or easy 5min drive). Cape Town only 30min away. James and his family were the most wonderful hosts we've ever had, extremely friendly and helpful at all times. We'll definitely be back soon! Thank you so much for these unforgettable memories.

We had the most wonderful family stay at Doug’s villa! The location was absolutely perfect with direct access to the beach, and the house itself was even better than we expected. Every detail had been thoughtfully considered, from the beautiful decor to the well-stocked kitchen and super comfy beds. It felt like a true home away from home. Kathy was a fantastic host - helpful, responsive, and welcoming. We made such special memories here and would absolutely love to return. Highly recommend for a relaxing beach getaway with family!

Everything was perfect, clean and safe. The view is stunning. Boulders beach is a 5-minute walk from the studio. Highly recommended!

What really stood out was the exceptional availability and support of the ground managers; they were always responsive and helpful. The location right on the beach made the experience even more special. We stayed for two nights but honestly wished we stayed for more, the place is stunningly beautiful, it really felt like a home away from home albeit within walking distance from the beach, quite literally a few steps over a dune. It was comfortable, modern and spacious! The area around is breathtaking and we even managed to see a few dolphins frolicking nearby! We will definitely come here again!

Casa Zita is gorgeous. It is in pristine condition, and possesses beautiful views of special Grotto Bay. Martin is a friendly and responsive host. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. We would definitely book again.

Spacious, comfortable and well equipped with amazing views. The apartment is in a convenient location with easy access to restaurants and shops as well as main routes connecting to the city. The building is well managed with the added benefit of a Bootleggers coffee shop just outside. Check in, check out and communication with the host were all seamless. Thank you for a great stay!

BEAUTIFUL AND LUXURIOUS! Our family was very impressed with this home. Very modern, beautifully decorated, and well equipped. We can’t wait to return. Love all the en-suite bathrooms, beds are comfortable, great space to accommodate larger travel groups. The ocean view from the upper deck was stunning. We almost didn’t want to explore around because we enjoyed the home so much! Walkable to many places, safe, secure, and Odette and Bella were very kind!

Everything was great, only criticism was that the guest bedrooms were small for a double bed but this was not a major problem. The cottage was ideal for what we needed.

Absolutely loved our stay! Every room in this place offers a view, but the living room view is truly unbeatable—you can see Table Mountain, Lion's Head, Robben Island, and the ocean all at once. The top-floor room shares the same stunning panorama. Staying here made me want to move to Cape Town! The neighborhood is both secure and peaceful, exactly as it appears on the website. The home itself is even more beautiful in person. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone visiting Cape Town. An unforgettable experience!
