I had an absolutely wonderful time staying at this property ! From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the thoughtful touches that made it feel cozy and welcoming. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the entire space felt peaceful and private. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay. Clear instructions were provided for check-in/check-out, and they even left a lovely welcome note and a few local treats, which was such a kind gesture. The location was perfect — quiet and safe I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay. This property is the best holiday house I have ever been into in Australia. Top notched, meticulous design, warm and high end house.

Annie's place was such a beautiful place to stay, both inside and out! We hope to return! Barwon Heads is a wonderful town and a great location to explore the Bellarine and the Great Ocean Road and the house is right on the Barwon River, we loved having tea and looking out at the river from the couch. The house itself was an absolute pleasure to stay in - so well-equipped and beautifully presented and the pool is lovely and warm (a great place to swim if cold water swimming isn't your style). Annie was a great host, accommodating an earlier arrival time and with clear and friendly communication.

We couldn’t be happier with our time at this home. It was beautifully clean, well appointed and had everything you need. The home was so convenient to the shops, a short stroll away. We stayed in April and the surrounds were very quiet and peaceful.

Frank was a great host & left simple checkin instructions. The house was as described & was excellent for a large group (16), with good indoor & outdoor entertainment areas. Slightly inconvenient having to provide your own linen given we were a large group - but this was outlined in the listing & Frank's reminder message. Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Debbie’s place. Located on the hills of Mount Martha, near the road running along Mornington Peninsula. It is a short drive to many amenities such as restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. The heated pool (38 degrees) on the top floor, next to the main living area was the highlight. Our entire family was soaked in the heated pool overlooking Safety beach and Arthur’s Seat during the winter weather. Perfect. We were just surprised to see there was some renovation work ongoing at the car porch and lift area, but there was no work or disturbance to our stay, so it did not interfere with our experience.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful property! Our host went above and beyond by giving us a full tour of the house upon arrival, making us feel right at home. The attention to detail and hospitality truly made it feel like we were staying at a private villa. The space was clean, stylish, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The location was perfect, and the ambiance was just as lovely as the photos (if not better!). We highly recommend this host and would love to stay here again in the future. One of the best accommodation places we have found in our travels! The attention to fine detail ticks every box. There is nothing we wanted for - from details such as paper towels and cling wrap, to ample glasses, great bedding and bathrooms and much more. The location is perfect - close to the CBD (by car or Uber) and the local shops and cafes are great. The facilities in the house couldn't be better. On a cold winters day it was just wonderful to put the heating on when we got home and feel the warmth very quickly.

Absolutely beautiful location and amazing property. We came down for the Avalon airshow and were lucky enough to come across this property. Absolutely beautiful and even has a fantastic theatre area with a huge screen, projector and surround sound system with speakers installed in the roof for a brilliant cinematic experience. Showers (which I know is always important) are fantastic and not just a dribble of water....strong pressure and the hot water never ran out so can assume gas. The very spacious kitchen features a fantastic island bench and 2 ovens. All the bedrooms were large and quiet. Sally was absolutely fantastic and always engaged in ensuring a welcoming and relaxing experience.

Great place to stay, plenty of room and open living and house was very clean and tidy. Would highly recommend the house to anyone wanting a 5 bedroom place.

Caitlin was an amazing host! So accomodating and responsive with check in time, setting up the portacot prior to our arrival with Bub and access to a high chair. Beautiful home, clean and in a lovely quiet location. Highly recommend! We definitely hope to be back!!

Joanna's home was beautifully presented and very clean. Our kids adored the little doll house in the lounge room. Easy drive to both Geelong and Torquay. We loved our stay.

We had a fantastic stay, was very last minute as someone cancelled my earlier booking but worked in our favour. Though you feel like you’ve switched one suburbia for another, the beauty was that we were only 15-20 mins drive from Barron Heads, Torquay etc on probably one of their busiest weekends with the Bells Beach Classic on. The house was a great size, amazing garage conversion to playroom with table tennis etc & our dogs loved it! The house was as well equipped as my own so certainly had everything we needed. Comfortable beds and all! Thank you so much for having us and our furry friends, we loved it!

Vanessa was friendly and helpful before during and after our stay. A gorgeous little cottage on a lovely peaceful property so close to everything but feels far enough away to just wind down. Had fun visiting the farm animals and relaxing outside by the gum trees.

We loved the setting and the renovations. Comfortable, warm, relaxing. We wanted a place that was close to the sights and shops of the lower Peninsula, on a quite street.

Relax, unwind, recharge. Mayfair Park was fabulous for all of this. The wildlife around the property was delightful - sitting on the front deck sky gazing or on the back deck watching blue wrens flit here and there. For our active 12yo son - heaps of sporting options which didn't require another person...some that we willingly joined. The 15yo daughter enjoyed the peace, sketching, reading and atmospheric photography. Kitchen well equipped and close enough to amenities. Hope to come back again. Thank you Lance! K.

My family stayed here for 2 weeks. We love it here. Jennie’s place has two supermarkets nearby. You can walk there. Jennie was very helpful the whole time. Jennie’s place has chopsticks. It is a surprise.

Danielle was very easy to deal with. She offered us both an earlier check in and later check out time. House was a good size for our two families with an open plan living and dining area and decent sized bedrooms. Pets were very welcomed which was much appreciated. Nice location. We were able to comfortably walk to GHMBA stadium. Thanks for having us!

We arrived at the accommodation at the scheduled time, around 3:00 p.m. We were a group of eight, and on the day of check-in, according to the information provided by Ben, we successfully got the key and entered the room. The windows in the house are clean, and the rooms, bathrooms, and kitchen are very tidy. The storage room is stocked with plenty of coffee, tea, and cooking seasonings, making you feel like you're back at home. The cutlery and cooking utensils are complete and clean, very convenient, and sufficient for a dozen people to prepare meals. It was cold on the night of check-in, and the room was well heated and very comfortable! Considering the actual usable area of the house, the fee charged by Ben is very reasonable and worth it! We are a small golf team that often spends a few days staying and playing in various places. Ben's house is a very desirable place for us to stay. We will definitely visit again in the future.
