I had a great stay at Sebastian’s place. The apartment is well equipped and the complex has an amazing gym and a lovely pool. Location wise, there’s a Publix within a short drive as well as a nice little Downtown area that’s great for a stroll. What I appreciated most—and the main reason I chose this place—was that it made me feel like a local rather than a tourist, so it really fit the bill.

Had an extended stay here and it was perfect! The neighborhood is quiet and has great amenities. Short walk to lake louisa as well and is close to shopping. The unit is well kept and had everything I needed for my stay! Jessica and her husband responded quickly and answered all my questions. I appreciated their tentativeness!! Will stay here again if I get the opportunity!

William’s place was a great base for exploration of the Lake Apopka area. The apartment was very clean, well air-conditioned (in an Orlando-area early heat wave), the bed was comfortable, and close to the restaurants of Winter Garden. Sunset over the lake was steps away, and all-in-all, a beautiful, restful place. While we didn’t take advantage of golf-cart rental, William offers that too and that would have been a fun way to get around the area. I recommend William’s place to others and will look for his availability again in our next birding adventure to Orlando!

This is the second time my wife and I stayed here and both stays were exceptional. The place is clean, with beautiful views of the farm with horses. Quiet, with all amenities needed, and a beautiful pool that we enjoyed... we would happily recommend this place and the next time we are in the area, we would gladly book this place again!

We had an amazing stay at this lake house—quiet, scenic, and right on the water. Waking up to the sun over the lake and enjoying coffee on the porch was absolute bliss. The cottage was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing escape. The host was responsive and made check-in a breeze. Whether you’re looking to fish, kayak, or just unwind by the water, this is the place. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Walt’s place is absolutely perfect! We have been wanting to check out the Villages and the Spring House was perfectly located to see everything. The home is immaculate, well decorated, and had everything we needed plus! We even used the golf cart and had a wonderful time! Thank you Walt for being such a good host!

Kayla's home was just like the pictures. The entire home is super clean and beautifully put together. The beds are also super comfy which we appreciated after a long day. We would absolutely stay here again!

Christy is an amazing host that was very friendly and accommodating. I loved that I didn’t have a massive list of things to do on check out, just lock up and go on my way. The home was beautiful and spacious, located in a nice quiet neighborhood. It served my family so well for the wedding we were in town for, not to mention the bed was SO comfortable. We absolutely loved our stay. Slaven’s home was beautiful, and it was a perfect place for the four of us. We were in the area for a wedding in Mt. Dora, and the house was in a perfect location. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. The next door neighbor was a gem. He was so kind. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a clean, quiet home.

This stay was perfect for my family to gather for a family trip, we had a great time starting off the summer with private pool without having a crowds. We had a lot of room to just hang out but close enough to the travel to the Disney and Universal parks. Very lovely property.

Very beautiful location, calm surroundings and very close to all attractions

We really liked staying here during our Disney vacation. It’s about 20-25 minutes from the parks. Condo was clean, well stocked, and very quiet in the area. Bed was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. 2 pools/hot tubs close to unit as well as splash pad.
