Beautiful home to stay in and amazing location! Easy walk to the metro and right around the corner from the main drag. Located in old town alexandria so everywhere you look is beautiful and historic, including Kims home! They left us a list of recommendations, which we did try a few and all were good, and clear instructions for checking out. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Lovely place to stay. Close to downtown Alexandria and the wharf. We spent one whole day down there. Also easy to take a few day trips to Washington DC. I would definitely stay again.

This place is amazing. Katie was kind enough to prepare the jacuzzi for us as we were tired of driving 8+ hours during our roadtrip so it was a great relaxing time there. Also, had a great chat with Katie who is very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend this place to everyone. We'll definitely come back again on our way back home from this roadtrip!

This was the best airbnb I have stayed at. The place was spotless and even bigger than the pictures depicted. So comfortable and the location is perfect, walkable and surrounded by restaurants. If you are staying in Arlington, this place is worth it!! The host was kind and all my questions were answered quickly. I enjoyed my stay and will book again next time I am in the city!

Quiet location close enough to walk to all the action. We enjoyed our stay! Kid friendly- toddler loved playing with the doll house and reading the books! Thanks Kelly!

AirBNB was nice and well kept, looked exactly like the photos. The walls are kind of thin, but it was a good location, price, and the bed was nice and cozy. I would stay again! No complaints.

This place was perfect for my short stay in DC! The apartment was spotless and decorated beautifully. I appreciated the clear check-in instructions and quick responses from the hosts whenever I had a question. The stocked fridge was also a nice touch that I appreciated after a long drive! Would definitely recommend.

Jennifer was a fantastic host, very accommodating and communicative. The location was perfect with a private door in an open, well lit ally and centrally located for our needs!

Lynnette's house was perfectly located! It sat on a quaint side street with quick access to King Street. The parking options were definitely worth it, as spots on the street filled up quickly. Her home was fantastic! Super clean, great layout and decor, and the tucked away patio off the bedroom was a plus! It does sit on top of a nice salon, so was constantly on the kids about noise during active times. Something to consider if you're bringing little ones and want to remain respectful. A must stay if traveling to the Alexandria/DC area!

The place was a great fit for us and felt very homely and comfortable. It’s located in a great neighborhood that is walking distance to many restaurants and stores. Megan was a great host and we look forward to staying at her place in the future!

A very nice condo close to easy-to- walk to restaurants. Easy uber rides to DC museums and the capital. Comfortable beds and couches and very clean. Pool access requires an extra fee and getting wristbands from the leasing office ahead of time so make sure you plan accordingly. Sounds like this was a recent change, per Julie, but I wish we had been informed ahead of time so I could at least get the wristbands while the leasing office was open during our stay.

It was a nice little place for the couple nights that we needed and I would definitely consider it again if we were to come back to DC for another event or vacation.

Physical space was exactly as it appeared in the photos. It's a 10-15 minute easy walk to the Huntington Metro. Insider tip: make sure to exit the Metro on King Street. The secondary bathroom had 2 connecting doors -- one opened to the hall and the other to the secondary bedroom. Close the secondary bathroom door leading to the hall, and you essentially have an en suite. Wesley was very accessible when we had issues and questions. We would happily stay there again.

Thank you, Alexander, for a wonderful stay at your Airbnb. The home met all our needs. It was conveniently located, making it an excellent choice for area activities. It had an airy and inviting floor plan, set in a charming, wooded area, with a variety of outdoor tables and chairs. It was comfortable, quiet and clean. The kitchen was supplied with everything we needed for cooking our meals. Thank you for making sure that I didn’t have any allergic reactions to perfumes or air fresheners by ensuring that all the linens were washed in perfume-free detergents and no air fresheners were used. During our week-long stay, a strong thunderstorm resulted in a fallen tree blocking the street and preventing us from getting back into your place. When I texted you about our predicament, you drove over immediately and called emergency services to remove the tree. We met with us personally to be sure we were OK when we were waiting out the storm in our car. Alexander, you’re the greatest!

TODD’S is KING! We have been searching for our new home & have stayed in 2 of their buildings. TODDs’ customer service has been fast, reliable & friendly! TODD’s has made us feel relaxed & welcomed during our visits. Our cat feels at home here, too! He has been anxious in other Abnbs, so it’s a great benefit. Their units are clean & stocked with essentials — like bathroom, laundry & kitchen supplies. The bed is super comfy as is the living room couch. The TV is large & U can stream your favorite channels. They even supply a safe — for your valuables — and an ironing board & iron for that quick press! A big closet, too! We have very much appreciated TODD’S staff for many reasons. They WANT to help & they WANT their guests happy. They went out of their way to help us elongate our stay, when we realized we needed more time! They kindly juggled other reservations to ensure we could stay longer. Such a pleasant surprise & experience! We recommend TODD’s highly!

The check in was a little cumbersome, but all worked out in the end. The unit was great, clean and in a perfect location for us and our event at the Gaylord.

Arshams listing is wonderful! Everything was so clean and fit all 5 of us so comfortably! We loved the tea options 😍. It was in perfect walking distances from great food, coffee places (and fun little bevs) as well as an easy walk to the metro! We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area!

This was a lovely Airbnb, and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. It was thoughtfully appointed, featuring a basket in the bathroom for miscellaneous items that guests often forget. The check-in process was straightforward and smooth. We had no trouble finding parking nearby, which is an ever-present concern when staying in Washington, DC. The hosts anticipated the guests' every need and were very responsive to the few questions that we had. The back of the unit has a charming back balcony, and the location was super convenient to the townhouse of our son, daughter-in-law, and their two little boys. Overall, I would highly recommend this Airbnb!

The apartment was very clean, well stocked kitchen, very nice washer & dryer. Easy check-in and checkout. Many amazing restaurants in the area and all walkable. Very nice park two blocks away that we took our grandson to play in. Owners were extremely helpful and quick response time. Highly recommend this place and will be a repeat customer.
