Peaceful working space in the forest

Feel very lucky to have been able to stay at Gullbekken. The cabin itself is a dream, cosy & serene, with beautiful views of the lake & forest. The perfect place to be productive, create and rest. There are some lovely walks in the surrounding area. Have never experienced such clean air or silence. Egil is extremely helpful and generous and will always respond to any queries or requests you have. Very friendly yet respectful of privacy. And couldn't help but fall in love with Max ~ who really made the trip! Was very sad to say goodbye to such a special place. Thank you Egil for sharing this magical wee haven with the world 🌲✨

We stayed in one of Ingrid's houses for the 2nd time. Again, we were really thrilled. The quiet location right on the lake, the great nature and the cute little cottage have simply made the holiday unforgettable. You can do great hiking, bathing, fishing or just relaxing. This place is just beautiful and Ingrid (as well as her son) has contributed a lot to a perfect stay with her likeable and uncomplicated manner. We will be happy to come back again.
