The dwelling is located in the village of Ruś, 7km from Olsztyn, on a hill, next to several houses. Spacious living room, kitchen, fireplace, sauna, large, bright terrace, BBQ grill, large garden, swings, hammocks, table tennis table. There are four bedrooms that can accommodate up to 11 people (3+3+3+2). Two bathrooms (each with toilet and shower) and an extra toilet.

You can enjoy the view of the lake from the plot as well as from the cottage itself, whether in the morning without getting out of bed or in the evening by the fireplace. The atmosphere of relaxation , a wonderful view of the lake, peace and quiet is a great option for people who want to take a break from the routine of a large city . For lovers of atmospheric places. A clean, spacious and bright studio apartment in a historic Art Nouveau building of a former consulate, with high ceilings and a view of the city square and the town hall tower, on the third (last!) floor, but there is an elevator! Great location, in the heart of the city, 8 minutes walk to the old town, 4 minutes to the AURA shopping center and the main bus and tram stop from where you can get absolutely everywhere (for example, over our beloved City Beach - in 15 minutes)

WOW! What a View! (What a view!) - nothing better reflects the character of this apartment than the cheer of our friends on the terrace for a while before sunset... The apartment is so close to Lake Drwęcki that you can practically touch the water sheet. Admiring the sunset with a glass of wine is difficult to be objective, so we inadvertently declare that you will not find anything better in this part of the world:-) Because life and vacation are too short to spend it in any interior...

Next to the housing estate is Łynostrada, a beautiful bike route stretching for kilometers along the Łyna River. In a few minutes, we can reach the charming lake of Długi from the apartment. The apartment is fully equipped kitchen, iron, TV with smart tv. Free parking in front of the entrance to the estate. Parking is limited.

The facility is exactly the same as in the photos, it is in a great neighborhood, close to everything, and at the same time off the beaten path. A great option for people who don't want to waste time commuting to the center. A big plus is the balcony, from which you can admire the nice view of the park and the old town. Quick and pleasant contact, easy check-in/check-out option. Recommended! :)

We were here for a week at the end of May and had a wonderful time! The location is fantastic: peace, nature, idyll - ideal for paddling, hiking and relaxing. The house is cozy, practical and larger than expected – super comfortable for two people. Particularly beautiful: the covered terrace with lake view and the spacious, fenced property - perfect for our terrier who loves to run around. In fact, everything was even more beautiful than in the pictures. Our own jetty was our favorite place for morning coffee in the sun. And almost every day we were paddling on Lake Omulew. The landlords are warm, helpful and speak perfect German - with great tips for the area. A perfect vacation - we'd love to come back!
