Ari’s place was great . Definitely a hidden gem in the city. The host was really helpful and responsive and definitely made me feel welcomed and at home. I will definitely return whenever I come back in town . I really appreciate all the hospitality. The space was clean and really close to everything.

I thought it was a nice place, with a good price, good location, a place without much noise. I loved the air conditioning because of the heat. Giulia was very kind when I notified her of some damage I found, she told me not to worry. I'll definitely be back.

Great location in the heart of Santa Teresita! Place was nicer in person than I imagined from the photos. It's definitely a cozy place to stay, near to most of the cities attractions and the host is super quick to respond and very helpful for anything I needed in the moment. Would love to stay again sometime :)

I really enjoyed my stay here. The place is spacious and beautiful. The pool and rooftop terrace were really nice as well. The location was perfect for me, I was able to walk to different restaurants for meals. There’s a small store on the corner for bottled water, beer and snacks. I will definitely stay here again.

A 5-star accommodation and beyond that I felt at home and with a hostess who was always very attentive... I highly recommend the place... I would return to the same place without hesitation...

Excellent stay, a very pleasant and comfortable place to be. We really like that area and the location is very good because everything is accessible. Edgar was always very helpful. Because it is an open space there were many mosquitoes but they left repellent and tablets which helped a lot but otherwise no problems.

We stayed in this house rental for 3 Weeks Carlos was the perfect host, very communicative helpful. The house is a comfortable, quirky traditional Mexican style urban house with an open roof (with a metal grate for security). The bathroom is small but perfectly functional. The kitchen is equipped to make meals (but if you're in Guadalajara for a week or less, why not just go out and enjoy). If you want an antiseptic, new, sparkling airbnb, look in Colonia Americana and pay double. The location of the house is like the center of a wheel with all directions a 20 minute walk, west to Cental Historico and downtown, north to Santa Teresita, and east to the Colonia Americana neighborhood. Walking at night is safe. Must go places to eat and drink walking distance from the house: La Fonda de la Noche, 251 calle jesus , a legend of deliciousness. El Habanero Negro for cocktails and innovative eats (10 minute walk) De la O Cantina, for innovative drinks and food, where all the hipsters go.

I definitely enjoyed my stay here. I was in a good area... Close to downtown and Michín Aquarium. Everyone in the neighborhood was very nice and there were several grocery stores. My only complaint was that the kitchen cupboard was full of dust, but it's nothing that can't be fixed by washing dishes 😌 Thank you for such a nice stay in this beautiful house!

From the moment we booked our reservation, thing that we decided last minute, Araceli was very responsive and helpful on getting everything we needed for our arrival. By the time we arrived they showed us the house and every single detail to make sure we enjoy our stay. we are very satisfied with our stay in Araceli's house. We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect and the air bb was a great break from our van travels. Our dog felt at home and we felt very safe and comfortable there. Rutilio even tried to help us find a place to park our very tall sprinter van as it was too tall for the garage. Very helpful host

Great place to stay. I’ve always stayed at the Hilton in midtown. This place has everything you need and a lot better than staying at the hotel. Great price for everything that comes with it. Will definitely stay there again.

Excellent location, quick access to main avenues and places of interest; very close is a convenience store and a plaza. The accommodation is very comfortable and has everything you need to have a comfortable stay, I recommend it.
