This house was a really unique house. It was a great house to stay in and I would highly recommend.

We found the location private and peaceful and the host always responded immediately to my text and went out of his way to help my mom and sister find the location and delivered lawn chairs to us for our cookout. We found the house to be clean and comfortable.

Stayed here for our hunting trip and it was absolutely amazing. Comfortable beds warm and just overall homie. Will definitely be staying here again for future hunting trips

Great place - comfy and cool during summer heat. Easy to access and spacious for little kids. We will book again. :)

Great house close to Blue Hoke and Perch Lake, great place to stay if you are there to visit those attractions.

We came down for my grandmothers funeral, We were ahead of schedule and Rosa graciously allowed us an early check in. Squeeky clean kitchen, laundry room, living room, bathroom and outside area. Had everything necessary for any length of stay. Located within throwing distance of the Billy the Kid museum. If I could give Rosa a 10/10 I would. Thank you for letting us stay and I will be renting again if it’s available for the next trip down.

Was very accommodating with our last minute booking and the house was exactly as described. Safe area with lots of parking space.
