We only allow one small pet, and it is prohibited for the pet, even on a leash and with its owners, to walk on the condominium lawn, subject to a fine! The complex has a clean, wooded garden that leads guests to the beach! From the living room, you have a view of the lawn, you can hear the birdsong, and you can hear the sound of the sea!

Located in an ARIE (area of relevant ecological interest), where the USP Marine Research Institute is located. Access to the property and 2 beaches controlled by land. In front of the beach, there is a floating bar for boats and there may be music.

Casa da Costeira Cabaraú is very airy and fresh, spacious and quiet. It has large windows in all the rooms and direct access to the sea (rocky coast) from inside the grounds, through a staircase. The view is stunning. Safe for children and pets (the outdoor space is all surrounded by a screen). The house was built with great affection and care, and we will be very happy to provide you with an excellent stay!

Houseboat, on the sand & charming...

An old boat house, built in the 1950s and belonging to the old Belvedere Hotel, located in a small bay called Sepituba. At this hotel, my father spent his youth canoeing. The place has a delicious energy to rest and contemplate the stunning view of the sea and Ilhabela, which is in front of us. It's a unique paradise! Namaste We accept 1 pet per stay (up to 20 kg).
