“So many nice things to say about this lovely, spotless apartment. Perfect for a couple and I would definitely stay again when visiting Cuenca. Couldn't ask for a kinder more considerate host than Felipe.”
It is a spacious apartment with terrace and barbecue area, located half a block from the Mall of Rio, near the Sheraton Hotel Cuenca, the Department overlooks the River, has all the services, is cozy and warm, full of light. The decoration is modern, it has breakfast bar, dining table, room with 50-inch TV and home theater. Internet access and netflix. It has a large study, private bathroom, outdoor dining table, a pergola and barbecue area.
“Excellent location and apartment, close and convenient to shopping, transportation, medical facilities and churches. Fernanda was very helpful and is always there to answer questions. She is fluent in English so communication was a breeze. Highly recommended.”
The rooms offered are in a house in an area close to the city but with all the tranquility of nature, the house has a cozy and rustic atmosphere, near the house you can find shops, bakeries and public transport.
“You almost don't know you're in Cuenca at Marco's. It's in the countryside of the urbane Cuenca city limits and you think you are living in a small hacienda on a farm. Absolutely loved it, a 20-minute contemplative bus ride into Centro Historico. Marco and Mira live in a beautiful, well-appointed hacienda with all the amenities of privacy--and their thoroughly warm and enjoyable hospitality. Perfecto.”
