House holiday rentals in Guam

Great location, great communication, great space and beautiful view. Everything was great when we had stayed there. Easy check in as well and gated so felt safe walking with baby around and with the car. Just needed a quick sweep and mop and wipe down. Other than that it was perfect. Super comfortable.

The location was perfect. The unit was spacious and fit our needs perfectly. We had 12 people comfortably in the unit.

Spacious house that allowed our family to spread out yet still had a wonderful living room for us to spend time together. The pool and patio area allowed us to enjoy some outdoor time while we were at the house. Great location with easy access to the beach, shopping, and restaurants.

I had the opportunity of staying in two of Dina's places. The first one was Padros Villa. That one was super easy to find and check in was a breeze. Everyone I ran into that was also staying there was very friendly as well. Overall the stay was ok, it was a place to lay my head and I felt safe there. The second place was the 505 Villa. I loved staying in this place. The moment I stepped in the door, I felt I was at home. Dina is a wonderful hostess and I would stay at her properties again. Very responsive and I felt as though I was speaking with a friend or family member with every conversation.

Kool place to stay

We loved this place! It’s peaceful and feels like home. The kitchen offers an amazing view of Guam, and the house is surrounded by beautiful trees and flowers. It had everything we needed for a perfect family vacation (if you’re Asian like us, just bring your chopsticks). It’s also a great starting point for exploring southern Guam. Dina, the host, was amazing! She’s responsive and easy to reach. We would definitely stay at Dina’s place if we ever get a chance to visit Guam again.

I didn’t personally see the place as I booked this place for my husband due to him being on deployment for a really long time. But what I can say how responsive and helpful she was to be able to work on the dates needed. She answered every question and was super patient. She also helped give us different locations in case our first spot didn’t work. Super great host

We loved it here. The listing is accurate to what we experienced, including reviews. Although the ride up the hill to the airbnb might seem offputting to some (cars and tractors in disrepair along the side of the road), don’t let that deter you from staying here. The neighborhood is safe (although I’m biased since my family lives in Santa Rita), and the home is comfortable and equipped with most things you’ll need. You will, however, need a car. My dad loves to walk but found the dogs at the top of the hill were not welcoming to him and decided to drive to see us there instead going forward. Inside the airbnb, I agree with the other reviews about being careful walking to/from the bathrooms and to/from the master bedroom, as there is a slight step down into each. This is actually pretty common in many houses we visited in Guam, so just be mindful of your step. Our arrival process was seamless, and all things you would normally need to do (cook, sleep, shower, laundry, prepare foods to take with you, barbecue) were all easily possible at this place. Air conditioning worked well. Hot water and water pressure were great. Wifi was consistent and fast enough for our remote work use. The views...exactly as you see pictured from the kitchen window and balcony (that awesome water view in pic number 1). My only recommendation would be a couple of lounge or patio chairs to bring outside would make the balcony that much more awesome. The balcony is surrounded by breadfruit, mango and coconut trees within view; and avocado and coconut trees in the driveway. As always, you should ask permission if you’d like to pick anything...you’ll find most to be generous. Shopping is minutes away by car. And, you can drive the perimeter of the island (except on the bases) and it would take you about 2 hours if you don’t make any stops, so don’t let driving to any part of the island deter you from enjoying what other villages have to offer. This is a great central location, too, and Pop’s Bakeshop nearby for cream cheese rolls before you set out in the morning to explore the island...you just can’t beat it.

First off, the home was beautiful and was exactly what we were looking for. Very spacious and very private. I brought my elderly parents and my 4 young children for a vacation and Cory was very accommodating! Every time we needed assistance- he was quick and easily to get ahold of. We also extended twice and it was not a problem at all! I highly recommend Cory and the gang along with this home. We will surely be back to islands and this is exactly where we will be 👍🏼

Perfect, Iwill be back next year for sure. Entire month next year though. Done with overpriced hotels in Guam.

Paca was always quick and friendly, and always communicated pleasantly! I stayed with my niece and her husband, and we enjoyed living like a resident of Guam, and it was very comfortable!(I did laundry and sometimes cooked.) There is also a Payless supermarket nearby, which is very convenient.I used a rental car, so it was easy to get to both the Tamon and Hagania districts, and I was very satisfied! Thank you, Paca, for your very kind service (⌒∇⌒)

Oh... I was so satisfied that I wanted to come back to Guam because of this accommodation. My memories at Merizo were much more intense during the 4 nights of the Merijo and 3 nights at the Hyatt ~ I will definitely come back ^ ^

Cory is an amazing host! He is responsive, friendly and accommodating! The stay was a very pleasant one overall! Pros: - The living space and bedrooms are clean and comfy to be in! - Quiet location - Easy check-in and out - Has everything needed for the stay to feel complete - cleaning supplies, enough towels, kitchen supplies, ample paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergents, etc… - Huge tv in the living room and another one in a bedroom Cons: - Pictures of listing need some updating - Massage chair makes a loud beeping sound and at the time of rental, it was not free to use. You’d have to pay for it - kitchen stove needs maintenence or changing - You would have to walk across the road to get to the beach All the cons are small and very minor and I’m very sure after speaking with Cory, they could be addressed as he is very responsive and knowledgeable. Thank you again Cory. Looking forward to future stays with listings you’re hosting.

Geon was very responsive and helpful. The house was very clean and we had the best time celebrating Easter with the bbq and used the grill. The kitchen was amazing. It was also very convenient for the laundry room as well. It was very close to the city. Thank you so much!
