Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Guam

Highly recommend this place. Beautiful all around. Has everything you need and it very close to downtown Tumon.

Listing is perfectly located for easy access to local attractions. Can't beat the reserved parking, laundry facilities, filtered cold water dispenser and towels in abundance for those on the go travelors. Cory and Jojo were also super responsive to our questions and requests! Air conditioning was also perfect for the Guam heat as well as the nearby pool for those who prefer to stay in. Highly recommend!

Her place is home away from home. You got everything you need. Very clean very nice, a dream home with friendly neighborhood too.. a very peaceful surroundings and nearby to almost everything. Ani is a very friendly host! The place was very clean and modern, kept well cooled, and big enough for two people to have a good space. Big comfy bed, nice little kitchen. Was in a little gated compound so it’s nice and private, very quiet surroundings, enjoyed the peace. Ani was very responsive and there to help when needed! 10/10 would recommend!

I had a great stay at Teogenesa's place. Host was very accommodating for I needed to extend twice. Place is nice, comfortable and had just about everything we could ask for. Host left me some complementary items that I enjoyed and showed they cared. Host always responded quickly when needed to contact her. I recommend.

두살 남아와 친구랑 11박 했어요. 닭과 병아리가 뛰어놀고 매우 평화로운 곳이었어요. 아이에게는 자연학습의 기회였고 매니저, 호스트를 비롯해 모두 친절하였습니다. 근처 한국인 마켓이 있어 편리하였고 숙소에는 모든 식기와 침구및 생활하는데 물품이 준비 되어 있어서 집 처럼 편하게 지냈어요 ~ 해변에 자주 가는 만큼 세탁, 건조기가 있어 매일 빨래를 할 수 있었고 요리도 해먹을 수 있어서 비용도 세이브 했어요 . 호텔보다 넓고 요리도 할 수 있어 너무 만족합니다. 아이가 어리다 보니 불편할 수 있는 부분을 모두 수용해주시고 배려해주셨으며 호스트님을 비롯해 모든 괌 주민에게 반했습니다 !! 2025년 12월에 다시 방문할 것입니다 ! 아이와 즐거운 추억을 만들 수 있게 도와주셔서 감사합니다.

Pacaさんは常に迅速で、かつフレンドリーで、毎回気持ち良いコミュニケーションをしてくれました！ 姪夫婦と4人で滞在しましたが、グアムの住人のような生活を楽しめ、とても快適でした！（洗濯したり、たまには料理もできたりしました。） 近所には、Paylessスーパーマーケットもあって、とても便利です。レンタカーを使ったので、タモン地区にもハガニア地区にも行きやすくて、とても満足でした！ Pacaさん、とっても親切な対応をしてくださり、ありがとうございました(⌒∇⌒)

Location was amazing and off the Main Street which was nice to get away from all the noise after a long day. A/C in the house was amazing nice and cold. House could use some basic cleaning supplies to help keep the place clean while we stayed. There was no paper towels or any kitchen cleaning supplies. Bedrooms were nice but the house didn’t have any extra blankets.

House was perfect, location perfect..operating the door lock was a little difficult for us until we learned it, otherwise quiet and perfect for remote working. beach was close, sunrise at Ipan or Jeff’s pirates cove is perfect and amazing best on the island. Ice cream at the mobile gas station is on point. Vons chicken yummy. trust food is close no worries. it may be far from the norm for travelers looking for a busy city life, but not far if you are looking for quiet beautiful neighborhood and a peaceful slow pace of island life. Gods country didn’t disappoint…

Unfortunately we were unable to stay due to unforeseen circumstances. They offered to place us in their other house at no additional charge so we would have somewhere to stay until we found another place. Very responsive and so friendly. Would strongly recommend staying there.

first time in a shared space, the other tenants were respectable and cleaned after themselves, oka is a great place in the heart of tumon, and the host was responsive and hospitable

I had a fantastic experience staying at Kukuri's place. The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. Check-in was smooth, and communication was prompt and helpful throughout the stay. The location was perfect—close to major attractions and restaurants. Kukuri was incredibly welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Beautiful condo in a fabulous location. A five minute walk to the beach and centrally located on the island. Kitchen had everything needed to cook and eat meals.
