A great place, super quiet and with everything you need for any occasion, the hostess made everything extremely clear from the beginning, super communicative, a place I would return to again without a doubt. The place itself is super cozy and easy to access, I highly recommend it!

My second time staying and the experience was as good as the first! The apartment is still clean, organized and super comfortable. The host continues to be very attentive and helpful. Whenever I return to the city, I will definitely choose this accommodation again!

The apartment is excellent, well located, very good cleaning, comfortable bed, excellent linens and towels, kitchen equipped with all the utensils needed to prepare meals. The check in and check-out was quiet and uneventful. I will certainly return! As a suggestion of improvement, the maintenance of the air conditioning must be done, because although the equipment was working, it presented a permanent dripping inside the room, and it was necessary to place a bucket not to water the environment.

The apartment is nice, clean, has a wonderful view. For those who like to watch the sunrise, you will have a privileged view. The apartment is ideal for couples or for those who are alone. It's compact, but it's very complete. The leisure area is beautiful and the gym is great for working out. The condominium staff are kind and so is the hostess. I recommend it. If I need to, I'll come back and stay with her again. =)

The stay at the Studio was very quiet and cozy. Since the arrival, with the reception of the staff of the building, as well as contact with the co-host. The building is very familiar and the Studio has a new and comfortable structure. The site is close to the airport and the Convention Center, which has made the commute very practical.

Air conditioner in each bedroom , and, the living/dining room kept the apartment comfortable. access instructions were very clear. there was a good supermarket (Lizer) within walking distance (600 meters). the apartment had all necessary pots and pans to prepare meals.

Next time I am in Belem I will definitely check to see if this apartment is available! It was an excellent place to stay for our group, and the concierge was very friendly.

The apartment is complete and met all my needs, I had a small problem with the electronic lock but the host helped me immediately and was helpful throughout the stay, certainly a space for me to recommend or return in the future

The availability of a washer and dryer inside the apartment was an excellent differential for us. Modern TVs and refrigerator, fast internet, air-conditioning in both environments. Also, your attention, sympathy, and readiness to help with any questions made everything even better. It's rare to find such helpful hosts! Well laid-out studio with comfortable couch, very nice bed, excellent TV. The Radisson is in the center of Belém so extremely close to all amenities. This rental does NOT include hotel breakfast nor underground parking - both of which are available for a fee. The rooftop pool is pretty cool!

The apartment and condominium impeccable, all as described and the photos… we will return without doubt, Afonso always helpful and very polite… I recommend.

Simply an amazing experience! The apartment is wonderful — wide and super clean and airy and very comfortable. It has absolutely everything we need to feel at home, from the kitchen structure to the small details that make all the difference in the stay. Also, the location is great, and the place is exactly like in the photos (or even better!). And what about the host? Extremely kind, attentive and available throughout the stay, which made everything even more special. Without a doubt, there is no better place to stay in Belém. I recommend with my eyes closed and I will definitely return!
