Mount Tamborine is a stunning environment, on top of the range 40 minutes drive from the Gold Coast. At 535m above sea level, the red volcanic soil and a good rainfall ensures a lush environment thrives that is home to a wide range of bird life. The mountain is also home to several vineyards and breweries, a distillery, many many restaurants and cafes, a host of curiosity shops and two farmer and craft markets each month. The mountain caters for those who love nature with many bush walking tracks. It is also the gateway to O’Reillys, Lamington and Binna Burra national parks. Sunset on Handglider Hill over looking Canunga with a glass of wine in hand is not to be missed. This architect-designed house is set on a 1.5-acre property near Mount Tamborine. This uniquely built barn situated in the Gold Coast hinterland is within walking distance to national parks. Made from recycled wharf timber, the barn is set on an 18 acre farm beset by green lawns. A king bed with ensuite, seperate shower & bath make up the loft bedroom. This place was a beautiful spot to get away to! The natural surrounding were beautiful with a gorgeous manicured garden and of outdoor fire pit. It is close to great amenities and attractions. The host Andrea was very helpful, proffessional and responsive on the app. The space was clean and modern. All in all a great spot and a great weekend away!

My wife and I were in Coomera for our grand nieces 10th birthday and we needed accommodation for the night. From our first communication with Angela it was obvious that she cared about ensuring that we had an enjoyable and hassle free stay at her airbnb. Very easy to communicate with, she was responsive to our requests, as well as providing some recommendations for dinner. We took the Ginger Indian Gourmet option, and we not disappointed! Yum! The airbnb was very comfortable, clean and quiet, and had everything you needed for a short stay. We would've loved to have stayed longer, but we had to get back home. On arrival home (Sunshine Coast) I realised that I had left an important item behind. I called Angela and asked if she could post the item back to me, to which she happily agreed. This extra effort on her part was much appreciated. A wonderful host and a very nice place to stay. Highly recommended!
