A spacious guest suite in the penthouse, with a wonderful view of Christ the Redeemer and Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas. It has a large outdoor area with a swimming pool and waterfall, a restroom, a steam sauna with a shower, a kitchen, a barbecue grill, a refrigerator, a cooktop, a microwave, an Airfryer, and kitchen utensils. There is separate access to the suite. The suite is two steps away from the Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas bike path, a 5-minute walk from the Botanical Garden, and a 10-minute drive from Copacabana, Leblon, and Ipanema beaches.

Overlooking Christ (Corcovado), the mountain and the Sambadrome (Carnival parades), we are in front of the old church and next to a family square with bistros. In a colonial mansion with independent access, the owners live on the upper plateau and are always available to help.

Magnífica Casa, on the island of Paquetá, just 1 hour by boat from downtown Rio de Janeiro. House with 3 suites, a bedroom and an external suite, all with air-conditioning and large swimming pool with barbecue. In the pool area, we have a barbecue grill, a refrigerator, a freezer, a cooler, a stove, dishes, cutlery, and glasses for up to 35 people, as well as a speaker that you can pair with your cell phone to listen to your favorite music. Great home to spend weekends with family and friends.
