We were very comfortable , it is a quiet place and easily accessible to the main places of the CD, we would definitely return to this stay

This place was a beautiful place that my wife and I enjoyed staying at while visiting Guanajuato. The place is in a corner of a glorieta (round about) so there is traffic. This didn’t bother us. The place is clean and modern. I highly recommend this place. The host was superb!

Great view of magical Guanajuato! it was wonderful to start a day with a breakfast on the terrace. The short journey to get to the place was easier than than expected, used funicular (mainly for the experience)once during our 3 nights stay. Responsive hosts, couldn’t ask for more

Wonderful little room in a great location of Guanajuato. The views from the room are spectacular. It has an authentic feeling to it and the compound it is on is extremely beautiful and peaceful. Loved my stay here!

Great stay in Guanajuato! Erika met me when I arrived and was always quick to respond. Also allowed a flexible checkout which was very nice. Internet was solid at 50/50M or better. Kitchen is a little tight but fine for just me. Quiet location aside from the neighbors dogs but they were easily drowned out with the fan. Apartment is at the top of a steep hill so if you have mobility issues that might be an issue. Personally I enjoyed it though. Guanajuato as a town is awesome though, much better than SMA and Querétaro IMO.

Spacious, well equipped and charming apartment. We loved being able to walk to nearby sights and the view of Guanajuato. Mario was very friendly and responsive. We would stay again.

A highly recommended place to stay, comfortable, clean, spacious, with everything you need to feel at home. The climb to the house is a bit complicated, but it's good exercise. In general, the people of Guanajuato are very kind, attentive and friendly, from the guide who attends you to the man in the store, they are very kind. If I return to Guanajuato one day, I would do it again with Alicia.

This room is perfectly located in San Miguel. It's a short walk to all of the attractions. Roberto is an extremely responsive host. When we had issues with the AC one night, he showed up instantly to help. The view from the rooftop is excellent. I definitely recommend this place for those traveling to San Miguel.

Everything's great. On the first day, they showed us how to get to the room, which was very kind. It is true that you have to climb several steps, but I think it is not heavy and it is worth it because it is a quiet place and there is not much noise. The room was very clean, comfortable and the view was beautiful. The best part was Monkiki, the local kitten. He kept us company all the time and he's very nice. We would definitely stay here again, everything was perfect.

After 14 years of renting AirBnBs-- and many months of that in Mexico-- I have to nominate Coco, the hostess at this place, as the most accommodating and welcoming I've ever experienced. She not only met me at the apartment and showed me around, she got me in her car and gave me a tour of Guanajuato! She continually kept in touch and wanted to supply anything I needed. Her advice on where to go in town was spot-on. Thanks Coco. As for the apartment, it was spotless, spacious, comfortable, and has a great view! The shower is great (not a given in Mexico) and has TWO water heaters, a solar and an electric backup. The brick ceiling is amazing (how'd they do that?). Keep in mind, this place is a good uphill walk from town. I did it for the exercise, but after dinner, or in the middle-of-the day heat, I often got a taxi (which was usually only 60 or 70 pesos) up the hill. This place is much quieter than the rowdiness in town, but it is also a bit of a hike.

We had a fantastic weekend in Guanajuato, the apartment was spectacular! Steps from the Alhondiga de Granaditas. Communication with Marcos was great! We are very grateful.

Large apartment close to centro. Lage grocery store (Mega) and laundry service are a few minute walk. Fruit market and Oxxo are steps away. Many street food vendors are also steps away. Apartment is on the 2nd floor with stairs. The apartment is large and has two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen with a large cooktop & oven (gas), large refrigerator, coffee maker, etc. Weekly cleanings were offered for a small fee. The living room gets full sun in the morning and does not have any shade/window coverings. Window shades would be nice to block the sun, but is not a deal breaker. The apartment has an on demand water heater, providing unlimited hot water. A nice feature. A large roof top deck is off one of the bedrooms which is shaded from late afternoon until sunset. The host provided a ride to and from the airport for a small fee which made check in and check out a breeze. Also, the host speaks very good English.

Excellent place for one person, with the minimum necessary for a stay of several days. The location is perfect, because in my case it was close to the University and also on foot or by bus you could get to the center very quickly. It is also close to OXXO, Aurrerá, banks and places to go jogging in the afternoons. Paulina's service was impeccable, always attentive to any need I had and willing to help. I would definitely consider this place to stay again for study purposes.

One of the best Airbnb stays I’ve ever had. The apartment is spacious, full of natural light, and even better than the photos. As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe—especially with the hosts and their dogs upstairs most of the time. While I was completely independent, I never felt lonely, which was a really nice balance. The Wi-Fi was fast and completely reliable—I worked remotely for a month with daily video calls and had zero issues. The dedicated workspace was roomy, with a very comfortable office chair. The bed was yummy comfy, and having laundry just steps away was a major plus. Laura and Daniel were truly exceptional hosts—warm, helpful, and incredibly thoughtful throughout my stay. I can’t say enough about them. This place made me reconsider my plans and seriously think about coming back to Guanajuato.

Very comfortable, an incredible view, very accessible with respect to adapting the place with Teepees A&V. Security, parking, amenities and services are more than excellent. We definitely plan to return.

Absolutely 10/10 experience staying at Quinta Tenerias! Sharon was so helpful and communicative. The apartment was so beautiful and spacious for 4 people - two full master bedrooms. The concierge going grocery shopping for us saved us a ton of time and added a nice touch being able to cook breakfast every morning. Best part is that housekeeping cleaned daily and addressed every need! What an incredible, walkable, safe part of San Miguel. We will definitely be back!

Wow, this Querétaro Airbnb absolutely exceeded our expectations! After past experiences, we were cautious, but this place in a potential future neighborhood was a dream. From the moment we walked in, we were so pleased. It was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and felt like home. The amazing view from the bedroom was a highlight, and helpful labels were a nice touch. The neighborhood was fantastic: safe, with easy walks to great taquerias, and a convenience store right across the street. The portable AC in the bedroom kept us perfectly comfortable. The host was truly amazing—responsive, understanding, and flexible. Highly recommend for a great, non-touristy apartment experience with a view! Thank you Victor, for making this an enjoyable experience for us, especially as our first time in Querétaro.

A very pleasant and comfortable stay in a very quiet area that allows you to rest. It is one of the most beautiful rooms I have visited. The host's great touch and attention to detail is very noticeable. I would definitely stay there again.
