Beautiful place with great views. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, and plenty of hot water. Cold AC, but up in the mountains the climate is great so it’s not that important. The river is beautiful, but be warned it’s a bit of a trek. It’s about a half mile walk and down about 500ft in elevation. So, people with mobility issues may not be able to get to it. Great stay, I hope to stay again someday!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The house and surrounding areas are truly breathtaking, the property is gorgeous with amazing views. We had a great time with the family and the area is very accessible close to the main areas. Cant recommend this place enough!

This Airbnb in San Sebastián was nothing short of magical. Tucked away in the lush hills of Puerto Rico, it felt like our own private paradise. Robertos villa was beautiful and clean we felt right at home. Everyone enjoyed the pool and the backyard. balcony views were a dream very peaceful and all the greenery was so beautiful!! The cake roll that the host left for us was delicious and thoughtful! I would definitely recommend and can’t wait to be back and stay here again with my family!

Me and 4 girlfriends stayed at this beautiful property over the long weekend. It was a truly wonderful experience. The property is even more beautiful in person! The tennis court, the pool, the gazebos and outside areas so nice with beautiful trees and ambiance. Truly relaxing. The villa had games and beach supplies. The space is so beautiful and tall! The bathtub can’t be beat! We loved it! Almost as important is that the hosts were extremely thoughtful, welcoming us with personalized greetings and snacks, and super kind, patient and responsive. We were very grateful to Wilton and his team! Definitely recommend and hope to come back next time! Thank you!

We had an amazing stay at Glenda’s beachfront house! The location is unbeatable — waking up to the sound of the ocean and having the beach just steps away made the trip unforgettable. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Glenda was a fantastic host: responsive, helpful, and made sure we had a smooth experience from start to finish. We all had a blast and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Our stay was amazing. The pictures do no justice! The grounds were absolutely beautiful and the pool was amazing. We were a group of five girls and having our own “private apartments” was perfect. Driving up to the house can be a bit intimidating the first few times due to the narrow and somewhat hilly roads, but you get used to it. We’d definitely return if we’re ever in the area again.

We were a party of 8 adults, 5 kids, 1 baby and a dog that decided to spend spring break at Roger’s. The villa was spacious and comfortable, it accommodated our group and each other’s privacy with room to spare. The location is precious. Up in the mountain with spectacular views, and just 5mins away from the beach. The pool was a major entertainment for the children, giving the adults time to chill without having to leave the house. A major, island-wide, 48 hr power outage happened during our stay, luckily Roger’s villa was fully equiped with solar panels, batteries and water cistern. We were fortunate to have light, running water, fans and AC. He was responsive and very accessible throughout our stay. We’re definitely coming back!

Our two families with four kids under five greatly enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very thoughtful and responsive, and the house is beautiful. We loved the peaceful location with pretty views, and it is still under ten minutes to drive into town. Each family took a floor: one family in the middle floor apartment (two bedrooms), and the we stayed on the top floor, using two convenient blow up mattresses to all be close together. The two rooms on the bottom floor are super private, we just didn’t use them because they have their own entrance on a separate floor, and there is no internal stairway. There are gates on each floor to the stairs and to the pool, so it felt very safe for younger kids. Also, although the road is steep, as mentioned in reviews, it is totally manageable. Thanks to Allison and Chuck for hosting us!

This is definitely a 5 star rental! If you are looking into a family beach getaway at Crashboat beach Cocoloba is the stay. Do not hesitate. Clean spacious everything you might need. And the beach is steps away. This home is a must!!!! Thank you Seleena for your kindness. You are appreciated. Their Restaurant and beach bar also a great place to hang out eat and play games with the family. 5 🌟star service. Security at entrance was super kind. Food and drinks good. Place was peaceful and private. Beach is 2 min in car . Maybe 7 mins walking . Super clean… owner was very friendly as helpful.

Elaine was very helpful. She provided very detailied self check in instructions (with photos) and many recommendations for area restaurants and beaches. The villa is beautiful and well kept. The gated grounds are quiet, peaceful, beautifully maintained, and are provided with a 23/7 security guard service.

Our stay at Tres Terrazas made for the perfect beach vacation. The house was perfect for our family of 5. The beds were comfortable, rooms spacious and the kitchen suited our needs for making breakfast to eat on the magnificent porch. The A/C worked great as well. Of note, the second full bathroom/ shower is by the pool, not in the main home, but it was not a problem. The view of the ocean was stunning and the porch was amazing with a large couch and dining table to fit all of us. Our kids loved the pool and we enjoyed playing corn hole. Sandy Beach is right down the hill and offers the prefect set up for an enjoyable beach day. The house is in a great location to access the many attractions near Rincon. We loved every second of this gorgeous part of Puerto Rico and look forward to returning soon!

WOW!!!! Nathalia and her home were a perfect 10. They deserve more than a 5 star. The pictures do not do this place justice. The house was beautiful, modern, clean, and everything we could ask for. The interior was perfect, but the back yard was everything!! The pool was a perfect size, the outdoor shower was great for when coming back from the beach, and the BBQ area was amazing. Nathalia was great with her communication, kind, and accommodating. The best part was that this house has an industrial generator, so my family and I were completely oblivious to the island-wide power outage. There was zero interruption to our trip. When traveling with two small kids, that is important. There is no doubt we will be a repeat guest. ¡Gracias Nathalia, hasta la proxima!

It was like being at home!!! A very beautiful property, surrounded by nature, very close to everything. We would definitely come back!!! Communication with Brenda was very good, she was attentive and responded very quickly.

Really enjoyed these beautiful chalets. It was a perfect stay for our weekend getaway. Our host was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely come back here in a future for a getaway to Cabo Rojo.
