Great location, Dona Vera always responded to me very quickly and home very welcoming .

We liked it a lot! The hostess was very helpful, she answered all our questions. Well-equipped house, all necessary kitchen and cleaning items were available, everything clean and tidy. The location is great, secluded, quiet, with incredible views from the balcony and windows. There is a grocery store a few meters away. Excellent experience.

Great location. It is literally a 1-minute drive from downtown Guaramiranga. The condominium is excellent and is next to the Boulevard, where there are great places to eat and drink. The apartment is very good and has an excellent balcony.

Rustic House, well decorated, has several nice spaces for chatting, playing cards or board games and having family meals. The garden, in addition to being very beautiful, is equipped with a caramanchão, fountain, feeders for the birds and a shower for those who like a cold bath. We take advantage of the early evening to light a fire and roast marshmallows right there in the garden. The children loved it! To get to the house, it is necessary to take a 2.7 km pavement road from the runway, the property being 6 km from the center. Lastly, the owner is kind and pliable.

The host and owner Lourdes were very attentive during the stay. The house is comfortable, the kitchen is very well-equipped, a pleasant space to gather friends or family, consistent with the photos in the listing. We had a problem with the operation of the electric showers, but an electrician came as soon as we communicated to Mrs. Lourdes.

Excellent! Whether for a stay with friends or family. Access to the house is a little difficult, but the host sent us videos with arrival instructions that made all the difference. It's not that close to downtown Guaramiranga, but that doesn't diminish the excellent experience at the house. The hostess, Dona Somália, was exceptional with us. I went with my fiancée, we liked it a lot and we intend to return soon. Carmelina is very communicative, high-spirited and kind. We were very well received and felt at home. The showers are great, with good flow. The bed linen and towels were clean and the kitchen has all the necessary utensils. It was a pleasure, see you soon!

We love our stay in Guaramiranga! Host was super attentive, quickly responding to all of our messages. When we need someone to help with the cleaning, he promptly arranged for a person, and he also allowed us to check in early, which was great after the trip. The condominium is the best in the area, with a perfect location - close to restaurants and other amenities. We take advantage of the leisure infrastructure available on-site. We are already planning to come back soon with the whole family to enjoy again. I highly recommend it!

Very Nice Experience. Rosana's apartment is a warmth only. Everything clean, super-equipped kitchen, clean and smelling bed and bath linen. She even left us an Easter treat, which was very kind of you. The condo is very clean and well-maintained. The parking space in front of the condominium is great. Seu Olavo, which takes care of the condominium, very helpful, received us very well, always available to help. I'll come back other times.

The chalet management always promptly responded to the demands. The housekeeper appeared to resolve some demands whenever requested. Casa was very clean. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed. Good quality bedding and bath towels. The toilets were clean and with toilet paper, all was missing soap, the one-bedroom shower wasn't very good, but the others were fine. The chalet is about 5 km from the city and there is no way to buy anything near, so you have to take everything you need, the evening is very dark. The chalet is in a beautiful area at the top of the mountain, is super quiet and with a lot of nature around, you wake up with the birds singing. We love the stay and enjoy the region well.
