Holiday rentals with a patio in Guaramirim

I highly recommend the loft we were very comfortable, clean and very safe. It has a password to enter the building, cameras, etc. Not to mention that it's super close to downtown, we drove 3m away. Super indico!! ❤️

Excellent Airbnb, Guilherme responds quickly and I had a very flexible check-in. The location is close to a supermarket, pharmacy and some shops. The place has everything, it's like a very cozy house that has everything a person needs. Congratulations on the accommodation and I definitely recommend it to anyone coming to Joinville.

Very beautiful place, quiet and secluded space, but close enough to the center. The house has plenty of space inside and out, with a wonderful yard overlooking the lagoon, and on the other side the beach a few steps away. Alberto is attentive and responds quickly, we will definitely return.

My family and I had an incredible week, very helpful, attentive host, beautiful place as in the photos! the best thing is the view of the sea! The apartment had everything we needed, I felt at home, nothing was missing, the TV with Netflix was great for a nice rest, and a new series, besides all the surroundings that have everything close by in the condominium itself! My son was delighted with the courts, the game rooms and swimming pools! Great for kids! We will definitely come back more and more often!

The hosts were exceptionally kind and the place is cozy and clean. We stopped to rest on a long trip with a cat, and the pet was comfortable and safe in the house. It was a safe haven on this adventure. It's marked on my route for when I do this route again.

The accommodation is in a great location, just 15 minutes walk from the university, in a quiet and pleasant area. The apartment is perfectly equipped, clean, and very comfortable. Eliane is a remarkable host: always available, attentive, and warm. She made sure everything went smoothly throughout our stay, and her tips on the city were valuable.
