Gorgeous interiors and view! Great location!

Alessandro’s place is the real deal—a true penthouse! In the U.S., “penthouse” sometimes just means top floor, but here it means an apartment with two massive sliding glass doors that open onto a spacious private terrace. We spent afternoons soaking up the sun and evenings relaxing outside after dinner as Florence cooled down—it was perfect. The location is also super convenient, right next to a tram stop that's only three stops from the city center. We had a wonderful time in Florence and would absolutely stay here again!

Everything about this apartment was excellent. From the beginning, Irma was quick to communicate and always very helpful. The apartment was spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished. Of course, the view was beautiful. As a single woman, I felt safe to come and go at this location. It was convenient to the many Siena sites I wished to see. I highly recommend a stay here. You won’t be disappointed.

Perfect apartment with a great host. Giorgio responds super fast and was extremely helpful before, and on arrival. The apartment itself has everything you could want or need. And it was pleasant even while it was more than 35 degrees outside. It was also spotlessly clean and in a great location. Would love to stay here again when visiting Florence.

LOVELY, Spacious, Clean home with a beautiful view of the duomo. We loved our stay at Mary + Gio’s. Plenty of room to spread out, good size bathroom + shower. Fully stocked kitchen. The wash machine worked great! The fridge was very clean + lots of room. Comfortable bed. A pull out couch if you need it. We were here in June when it’s hot and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Mary + Gio gave us great recommendations for booking things in advance which was a life saver- we didn’t have to wait in any lines. They communicated up to our arrival with quick responses. Met us upon arrival to show us how everything works + share info about the area. He also carried all our luggage up the stairs which was really nice. It was walking distance to everything. It took 14 minutes to walk from train station to home. Me + my daughter were here and felt very safe in the home + walking around in the evening. If we come back we will stay here! Thank you both for sharing your home with us!

I highly recommend this place to all guests. Valentino and his mother are exceptional hosts. The entire place feels like something out of a fairytale—quiet, calm, and beautiful. You’ll find everything you’re looking for here and can fully escape the worries of daily life. Don’t hesitate—book it immediately when it’s available!

The stay at Paola's house was very good. The location is perfect because it is close to different places in Tuscany. It has an incredible view and Paola was very kind giving us recommendations about the area.

Accommodations were great but the neighbors are loud (late into the night and up early)

We had two weeks in this beautiful place and area. The house is big with a good atmosphere and fitter well for our family and two dogs. They could run and stay in the garden while we were enjoying the views, cooking and good wine. Patrizia is a great host and keeps up the house and garden with a lot of love and attendance. We certainly want to come back in spring or autisme when temperatures are a little lower.

My husband and I had the great pleasure of spending 8 days at this beautiful Airbnb. Truly, this is the best Airbnb we've ever stayed in, and we travel a lot! With big intentions to explore the Tuscan area we essentially did nothing and stayed put. Why? It's just that beautiful. The view is spectacular, and the accommodations are very comfortable. The hosts have provided everything you need for a deep relaxing holiday. Of course if you choose to explore, there is much to see and do in the local area. Starting with a warm welcome to the unfortunately much too quick warm farewell (we were there 10 days) we felt more than comfortable in Nicoletta's wonderful property. This wonderful, stately house from the 14th century is a gem, located high on a ridge with a magnificent view, which is designed with great taste by Nicoletta's artistic style from a jewel of the historical to the modern to the artistic. If you want to live in such a mansion, the two high floors should not be a problem. But over time, a certain training factor sets in here. Upon entering the park-like property, a beautiful iron gate opens, and you are greeted by a square surrounded by oleanders, palm trees, and flower beds. Amazing stay at Eleonora's house. We were 4 adults and spent 5 nights there. Everything was clean, comfortable, very well located to visit the beautiful village of Radda in Chianti on foot. And what about the back terrace with a breathtaking view of the Chianti! We had a memorable time there. We highly recommend this accommodation!

We loved our stay in Pietro’s beautiful, unique and historical place. The house is charming, well-equipped and spacious, the scenery and view are stunning, and the peace of the mountains is soothing. The drive up the mountains is an experience too! Communication with Pietro was easy, fast and kind.

Lovely house in a beautiful area. Pool was used a lot as the weather was hot. Andrea was very responsive and helped out with some great local suggestions. We had a very enjoyable time and had everything we needed. Slept so well, beds were super comfortable!

We had a very comfortable stay at Giada's apartment. It was very clean, spacious and cozy. The neighborhood is nice and has a good vibe. Cafeteria is just few steps around the corner where we had great breakfasts. There are also restaurants and gelateria nearby. Going to Florence City was easy as the tram is just about 250 meters from the doorway. Giada is easy to communicate with and was absolute a super host. Highly recommended.

Benedetta is an amazing and gracious host, the property was easy to locate and the room was beautiful, absolutely amazing Tuscan style with beautiful views and a private pool. She also recommended us a restaurant for dinner and that was one of the beat meals we had in Italy! 100% recommend

I had a lovely stay at Diana’s place in Florence for a month. The location was perfect, the flat lovely, and she was a brilliant host.

a wonderful apartment full of history and character, the stroll into center of Florence is very nice around 20 mins, but we enjoyed it looking at all the buildings, the outside patio area is so relaxing, a glass of red wine late in the evening is just perfection, I would return and recommend to anyone!
