Ideal house for trips in large groups of friends or family. Large, integrated spaces and simple yet very comfortable accommodations. Impeccable communication with host (Brazilian Corner), always available to ask questions and provide guidance. Great cost-benefit, we didn't have any problems with hosting.

Township was all so quiet. I felt at peace, I was able to enjoy the entire site. Amazing view of the fishing, gigantic space and everything very well clean and careful. Rosângela had always been available since the exchange of messages and throughout the stay. Super recommend the place and I definitely want to go back. Rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, swimming pool, field, parking, balcony. Everything is very well organized and clean. Thank you very much Rosângela and Cláudio for all support and reception.

1. The house has a magnificent view, a sensational infinity pool and a house with integrated sound! The place is really amazing! 2. The house does not offer pillows, bed linen, towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish towels, or blankets. 3. *The host demanded a 500 REAIS deposit, which, as far as I know, is not a practice encouraged by Airbnb.* However, the exact amount was returned the day after departure. 4. The host also requested a video of the house's condition for check-out, including images of the trash cans.

Our 4 day stay was great! The space is exactly as described in the photos, clean, cozy and with everything we need for a comfortable experience. We were very happy with the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, which gave us a lot of comfort and privacy. The heated pool was an incredible differential, perfect for relaxing at any time! In addition to all of this, we love that our pets were very welcome and felt at home, which made all the difference in our trip. The location is fantastic, with easy access to everything, and communication with the hostess Dona Bete has always been quick and efficient. We strongly recommend this place for those looking for a relaxing, spacious, memorable and pet-friendly stay. We can't wait to go back!

It is a great accommodation, for those who like privacy, the house is well equipped and the area is very quiet! The pool was clean and is heated.

As I said in the previous review, the environment corresponds exactly to the photos and fulfilled the expected objective: to rest from the long flight to continue the trip. I will definitely stay at this host's place every time I need to stay overnight in Guarulhos!

The house is beautiful, very comfortable and pleasant! I rented a Karaoke and my guests loved enjoying it on the 2nd floor, while the others played games and talked on the first floor! The location is good, but you have to pay attention to the time because in the evening there is traffic from SP, but outside of rush hour there is not and it is possible to arrive faster! I recommend the place and I would come back again! 💖
