Portum está ubicado en un terreno de 3300 m2, frente al embalse de El Peñol-Guatapé, con acceso al embalse y muelle, árboles nativos y jardines. En la propiedad hay otras dos cabañas que también se rentan por Airbnb. Por sequía atípica en el país, el nivel del embalse esta muy bajo y el agua no llega hasta nuestro muelle. Vecindario con alojamientos turísticos.
