This unique and stylish loft is inside a gated community and only a 10-minute drive from the iconic Antigua Guatemala. It has an open plan that gives it plenty of light and space. When entering, you’ll find the living room with a dedicated work space. In the top level, you can enjoy the dining room, the kitchen, and a lovely terrace with a view of the pool. The bottom level has a spacious bedroom with a complete bathroom. Outside, you can enjoy a walk, a swim, and relax in the gardens.

Separate room with separate entrance, private bathroom, microwave, coffee maker and small refrigerator. Ideal location. It is a 10-minute walk from the Oakland Mall, where there is a wide variety of shops and restaurants. A supermarket is 9 minutes away. 3 minutes from grocery stores, a casual eatery, a bakery, and a public transportation stop. Private hospitals and clinics 15 minutes away. We have 24-hour private security. Overall a very safe and exclusive area.

Efficiency rooms céntricos.

La zona en que se encuentra es como el centro de la ciudad accesible al aeropuerto en 15 a 20 minutos tiene estación de transmetro a una cuadra cuenta con servicio de transporte publico a todo el país también tiene acceso a la ciclo vía que puede usarse para llegar al centro de la ciudad. En cuanto al alojamiento son pequeños apartamentos que cuentan con su baño y cocinita ingreso es un portón eléctrico. No cuenta con parqueo.
