if you want a place with privacy and nice views this is the place, i felt right at home but the most beautiful thing was appreciate the sunset from the porch and being able to see the world different. his place is amazing with a lot of restaurants around the corner plus close to everything with a market in the same building complex.

The condo is amazing, beautiful surroundings, in front of the pool and about a 5 minute walk to the entrance to Antigua. Check in was easy, the unit was just right for 3 of us and the WiFi was extremely reliable and fast. After sightseeing all day in Antigua it was really nice to come home and jump in the pool or have dinner in one of the outside tables. Deann was an amazing host, always quick in answering any questions, friendly and very proactive in sending information about events in the area, places to eat, spas, etc. It was truly a pleasure staying at Deann's condo, we were sad to leave but are looking forward to staying here again in the future!

A new, modern, pleasantly large apartment in a prime location. Everything matches the images. I had a very good time and would like to live there again.

Diana and Julio are gracious hosts, and their little piece of paradise is our new favorite place to stay in Antigua. Great location and we look forward to returning for a long stay later this year. Enchanted by the apt in Elemento building and its amenities. There is a convenience store for snack beverages , a Cafe , sorbeteria , a Koreano restaurant and a typical food shop on the first level of the building . Metrobus station is within walking distance. A nice and spacious park for running in front of the building, there are fruit sales and minutes to cool off. The terrace is fantastic in decoration , views to the mountains . I loved the gym equipped with the basics. 10 minute drive from zone 10 . Everything in perfect condition.

I would definitely stay again, everything was clean, the beds were comfortable, the internet was very good, it was very easy to get there, the area is beautiful and safe. There was a place to buy food nearby and accessible. There is also a shopping area nearby.

The accommodation is very homey, comfortable & tidy. We loved the comfort of the apartment and the quietness of the area🌿 It has all the necessary amenities💞 Communication was prompt and effective. Thank you very much for having us :)

The place in very good location, clean, has everything you need, organized, soft bed for good sleep, easy access, I recommend it and would be safe to come back ✌️

If you want stunning views, and some peaceful surroundings, stay here! You can see Volcán de Auga, Fuego and Acatenango! I had just hiked Acatenango and chose this place to relax mainly. At night you can see the lava on Fuego, it's amazing! The bed was comfortable, nice bathroom and kitchen. Gorgeous pool, again facing the most incredible view. It is a bit remote, but if you have a car, then you're fine, otherwise they can arrange Jose or Israel to get you to town or the airport. There are a few restaurants that you can walk to as well. I felt totally safe there travelling as a solo female, and the locals I passed by on my walks were so lovely. Overall such a beautiful relaxing place to stay. The hosts were great and responded quickly and arranged my transfers.

An excellent place !! Silvia's stay is an excellent place, the condominium is very safe, very quiet, beautiful and cozy. It must be clear that it is not directly in old Guatemala however it is about 10- 15min from the center of old and the uber arrives very quickly . the house is very nice, cozy, it makes you feel at home, the rooms are nice , the bathrooms are clean and has everything you can cook which was very helpful. There is a commercial square 1km from there that has everything you need. the pool area is quite at ease to have a good time with the family and its terrace is incredible for something more private with your companions. I loved the house, I would definitely stay there again.
