Our villa sits high on a mountain ridge with panoramic views of the Bay of Banderas, Puerto Vallarta to the north and Los Arcos to the south. The location and collection of villas is widely acknowledged as being some of the best PV has to offer due to the unparalleled location and the gorgeous architectural details of our enclave of villas. This is authentic coastal Mexico -- all the modern luxuries in a stunning setting. It is our paradise and home away from home, and we take great pride in sharing it with our guests! The villa is yours! From front to back and top to bottom! I am always available by email. We also have a property manager in PV, a housekeeper, gardener/pool boy, and regular maintenance services. As a result any issue that comes up can typically be handled quite swiftly by our local staff. Our maid cleans twice weekly as a part of our rate, the pool/garden service occurs every other day, so guests typically have someone to help them and talk to, with any needed manner. Our staff has been with us for many many years and are quite skilled and experienced in serving our guests. This villa is on Puerto Vallarta's South Shore, which is set among mountains covered in a lush jungle next to Banderas Bay. It's an upscale area filled with incredible nature and luxurious homes. Some of the best beaches are right outside the door. Our secluded and exclusive gated villa community is just moments from Puerto Vallarta's charming and historic Romantic Zone, minutes from town and only ten miles from Puerto Vallarta Airport. Cabs are readily available and for $7 you are in town in ten minutes. The coastal road bus stops in front of our villa enclave every 15 minutes, and for $0.50 you can be in town in 10 minutes flat!! Private parking is included. The villas have security on the premises from 7PM to 7AM every day. Any problems or questions that arise in the evening, can be handled by our security staff. For families with small children, we have pack-n-play cribs, boogie boards, beach towels, and other gear needed for guests who love the beach!

This apartment is absolutely perfect. The thoughtfully curated artwork throughout adds a unique and inspiring touch, and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. I truly felt at home here. It’s comfortable, relaxed, and welcomed. The rooftop pool and jacuzzi are nothing short of spectacular, offering stunning views and a great place to unwind. We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Tepic! My children visited from the U.S., and this place was perfect for our big, blended family—ranging from a toddler to young adults. The peaceful surroundings, birdsong, and wind chimes created a truly relaxing vibe. The property had everything: a pool, trampoline, ping pong, pool table, futbolitos, a huge lawn for soccer, and stunning sunrise/sunset views. The outdoor dining area with a TV, BBQ, and oven made every meal special. Perfect for family games and meals. There were two bathrooms inside and two outside, which made things easy for our group. My kids loved it so much, we only left to explore one day out of four! It was the perfect space to relax, reconnect, and make beautiful memories. Highly recommend! We can’t wait to return!

Beachfront ‘La Playa Suite' with Private Patio

This is a very special place and authentically Mexican with tons of attention to detail. We stayed in the Vista Suite with iIt's huge deck overlooking the ocean. The whole place is colorful with beautiful wood work, wood furniture, tropical grounds and very nice hosts. While there was some back and forth regarding units and price early on, that didn't take away from the warmth of our hosts. They were very responsive and never intrusive. The location - at the south end of the beach - was a little away from the bustle, although many families (and their boomboxes) use this beach because the waters are so calm. (We learned later the two weeks around Easter - when we were there - are the busiest of the year). The town of Los Ayala wasn't a draw for us since it was very difficult to eat healthy and the streets are very crowded with vendors. But just a short drive down the road are the quaint towns of De lo Marcos and San Pancho, and if you want a lively surf scene, Sayulita.

A very nice and quiet place, the host is very friendly and flexible, the house is super close to the beach, the only problem is that at night there is not much to do, since there are no restaurants nearby, you have to go to downtown Guayabitos, which is about 7 minutes by car.
