House holiday rentals in Guayabo

We spent two weeks in Puerto Rico at Casa Birdsong. It is a beautiful, well-equipped, beachfront accommodation where we immediately felt at home. The beach is only 20-30 metres away, but there is a road in between which has a Caribbean flair at weekends: "cars driving up and down with lots of music". The accommodation is perfect for 4 people with a spacious dining and living room with kitchen. The large private pool is a dream - especially when the sea outside is a bit rough. The owners Mary & Jim are on site, very friendly, kind and extremely helpful. We were given lots of information about handy shopping facilities, good places to eat and interesting places to visit. Definitely a recommendation.

This home was pure magic! The modern, minimalist design beautifully complimented the lush surroundings and endless views. The home was perfectly stocked, uncluttered, beautifully designed and super comfortable. We eased right into vacation mode and found ourselves prioritizing time in the home due to the overwhelming comfort we all felt there. Quiet luxury at its finest. Leanne was very responsive and accommodating. Clear instructions and quick responses made us feel welcomed and confident in her beautiful home. Will come back!

The stay at Laura’s place was amazing. If you’re looking for a place to stay away from tourists,(even though we were) this is it. The neighborhood is quiet and people were friendly. Laura even gave us a reminder of an event happening on Thursday in downtown Rincon. Everything she stated in the description is true. It is so peaceful there. Thank you Laura for sharing your space !

Rae and Jeff were great to communicate with and very welcoming. The house looks exactly like it does online0- dreamlike/peaceful and serene. We read recommendations in the house and went to a few places - everywhere we ate was incredible. We wish we had more time!! Great family trip - highly recommend!

The house was beautiful and wonderfully decorated. The porch was great. However a “termite hatch” happened before we arrived and there were bugs everywhere. Dead and alive. Ten of us cleaned for over two hours. Also, the new construction blocks the view of the ocean from the pool. The walk to the beach down the steep hill/street is not an easy access to the beach. Overall, however, it is beautifully decorated, beds were comfy and kitchen was well stocked. A/C in the living room was a big plus!

This vacation was memorable and it was because of this air bnb The home was everything it was painted to be. The views and house was beautiful and Carlos was so responsive and made us feel right at home. We needed more propane and a pack and play and he was right there providing the best service ! He recommended so many restaurants in the area to enhance our experience! We will be returning ! Thank you for everything

The place was beautiful and all of our guests were able to be accomodated. The pool was great and we had a lot of fun. It was quiet and peaceful. Diana was always responsive and attentive. Did not regret our stay at Casa Aguada!

Mi casita is a really nice place. It felt cozy and at home. Comfy and private. Mi casita had utensils if we needed them so that came in handy. Mi casita definitely it’s a place we will love to stay again. and will recommend to others we fell safe and the community was quiet. Lots of Things to do in the area.

Elba and Edi were wonderful hosts. They provided local recommendations, helped when needed, responded quickly, and respected our privacy. The home is spacious, comfortable, and clean. The kitchen is well equipped and the TVs were both user friendly. The laundry machines work, the AC is modern and easy to use, and the two bathrooms were clean and large. We were very comfortable staying here as 7 people for one week - the pull out couch bed is also comfortable and has plenty of room in the living room. The sheets and towels provided were high quality. The back porch was our favorite part of the property. It was large and had plenty of seating and lights for night time. The views were beautiful and the location was private. The jacuzzi and sauna were added bonuses and so fun! Having a rental car is definitely necessary, and the roads are tight - so be prepared! But the home is very close by driving to Rincon and Aguada. We would certainly stay here again on a future trip to PR!

My family of 5 stayed here for 4 days and it was absolutely incredible! My two kids (ages 12 & 10) absolutely loved the pool and the game room. The decorations give the space an authentic Puerto Rican feel. The neighborhood was stunning from fruit falling off the trees to hearing chicken and cow sounds when you wake up. Everything from check in and check out was smooth and we felt right at home. 10/10 Would definitely recommend!

Lovely place. Nice and secluded, the kitchen was well appointed with things like a blender, good knife set, nice grill a good WiFi speaker and all the important things. Home and pool were well maintained and spotless. It was everything we were hoping for. 10/10 recommend, we will be back.

Beautiful beach house! Home looked exactly like it did in the photos. My family and I had such a great time.! We were a part of 12 with 6 adults and 6 kids and had more than enough room in the home. The pool was awesome not too deep and good for kids. Really good restaurants nearby and easy to walk to. Lemuel was very responsive and so kind. He answered all questions and addressed concerns with a quick response. Will definitely stay again!
