A very quiet place and located in front of the pool, just like the description of the publication and very well equipped, they think of all the needs, communication with the host was very good, she answered my questions at the time and kept the follow-up, very comfortable, I would return and I recommend it.

What a pleasant surprise! We have stayed in San Carlos many times at hotels and condos and AirBnB's. Olivia's wonderful little house is the best value in town. Directions were easy, the lock box was easy and the whole place was a wonderful surprise. Beautiful views of the mountains and a very tranquil place; which is what we were looking for. The house was clean and equipped with all the necessary utilities. We especially appreciated the fully functional grill it was a great touch! The beach was just a 2-minute walk away, which made the location perfect. Overall, we had a great stay!

Great spot. Clean place with a nice heated pool. Everything was in working order and the charcoal grill is a nice touch. Marisol is always available to answer any questions in a timely fashion.

I have been coming to Condos Pilar since 2006. I have to say that Scott’s place is absolutely one of the nicest condos available there. Talk about bang for your buck! You can’t get better than the wonderful ocean view the half mile walk to the estuary, the peace and quiet ! Scott was a great host too many thanks to him. We would love to be back as many times as our life allows! After 20 years, Condos Pilar is the same - peace and quiet and the beautiful nature

Overall, this place is great! It’s conveniently located, and the apartment was spotless. The host was incredibly responsive and flexible with check-in and check-out times. They were attentive and responsive throughout our stay. It’s an ideal place for large families, and it has all the amenities listed. Thanks for the great spot!

We had an amazing stay at Vonda’s condo in the Pilar community. The condo was spotless, with a full kitchen that made it easy to cook and enjoy meals at home. The furniture was very comfortable, and the king-size bed with quality linens made for a great night’s sleep. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the space cool and comfortable throughout our stay. Pilar itself is a wonderful and welcoming community—peaceful, friendly, and beautifully maintained. The beach is absolutely stunning—soft sand, clear water, and unforgettable dolphin sightings early in the morning. The water temperature was perfect for swimming and relaxing. We truly have no complaints. Everything was just as described, and even better in person. We’ll definitely be back!

Tim’s place was the perfect spot for a fun and relaxing getaway. The view of the bay was absolutely stunning, and we loved having direct access to the water — it was ideal for paddle boarding and even a bit of fishing. The space had a laid-back, welcoming vibe that made it easy to unwind. Tim was an great host — friendly, responsive, and genuinely thoughtful. Thanks for making our stay so enjoyable!

FOR THE MOST PART THE PLACE WAS CLEAN AND WELL DESCRIBED. THE WAY IN THE COMPLEX MAY NEED SOME PAVEMENT WORK ASAP. BUT FOR THEOST PART WE HAVE A GOOD EXPERIENCE IN GUILLERMINA PROPERTY.
