Holiday rentals with a patio in Guaynabo

We absolutely loved the place. The view was amazing, it was close by to almost everything. Security was around so it made us feel safe in the little town. The beach was right around us, it was beautiful.

LaRhonda was an amazing host!! She had such amazing decor to her home, provided extra things like beach supplies and even a welcoming letter for myself and other guests. Everything was comfortable, clean, and smelling good, she also provided us with information on places we could visit that were close in the area as well! I even used the beautiful balcony to help my daughter ask her now girlfriend to be her official girlfriend, everything was perfect! The only con for us were the stairs leading to the front door, they were a bit steep. We’re heavy packers so we had to be extra careful hauling our luggage up to the second floor. We definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well maintained home ☺️!!

We had a wonderful stay at Sonia’s Airbnb! From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. The apartment was very clean, nicely decorated, and as described in the listing. It had a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made it feel like a true home away from home. The bed was comfortable, and I slept well. The kitchen had all the essentials. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the space, like the cozy lighting, quality linens, and little extras that showed real attention to detail. The location was ideal conveniently close to shops, restaurants, and local attractions, yet tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood that offered quiet and relaxation at the end of the day. It was the perfect balance of accessibility and tranquility. Sonia was a fantastic host, communicative, friendly, and always quick to respond to any questions. She clearly cares about her guests’ experience and goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. I absolutely recommend.

This place was wonderful. It was right outside the city. Peaceful and quite. We had a great time and will always recommend to the rest of family and friends.

Such a great set up packed with thoughtful amenities. There are beach chairs, towels, sunblock, bug spray, lotion, and so much more. The bed and pillows were amazingly comfortable. could not have asked for more for a quick one night stay. would definitely return!

We had an amazing time staying at Ivonne’s place! The home was exactly as describe. Clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The neighborhood felt safe and welcoming. We absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb! The place was perfect clean, quiet, and felt incredibly safe and comfortable. Wilfredo was a fantastic host who responded quickly and provided clear instructions. The home had everything we needed, including games, beach towels, an umbrella, and even a small cooler, which were such thoughtful touches. Every time we went out, we couldn't wait to come back because it felt like home. We definitely chose the right place and will 100% stay here again when we return!

We were very excited for our weekend trip and Erin’s house was exactly as shown. We were very close to great bars and restaurants, historic sites to see and so much more. The house was easy to find at night, we rarely had to look at any street signs, when walking home… head towards the governors mansion and turn right. It was a great place to unwind after a long day. Beautiful place! We stayed 1 week, my family loved everything about it. The kids loved the pool! All attractions are not to far from this place and it’s very peaceful. There are good food spots minutes away from home. Definitely recommend staying!

Gisselles home was beautiful! Did not disappoint. It was close enough to all the attractions we were interested in this weekend! We did not have any problems. It has a cute pool and outdoor seating! Will definitely recommend to anyone coming to Puerto Rico!

My Husband & I Fell In Love With Stellita’s Glamping, Beautiful, Clean, Safe, Peaceful & Did I Mention Very Romantic. Clean Hot Tub, Pool, it’s exactly as described & exactly like the pictures, more beautiful in real life. Carlos is the best host, our flight was a lil delayed & we got to Guaynabo it was almost 11pm & Carlos Was Up waiting on our call, making sure we got in safe…& with no issues. we loved it & we will definitely going back soon, San Juan is about 26mins away, El yunque also not too far. I highly recommend Stellita’s Glamping if you looking to relax & unwind. ♥️🇵🇷

Dishmey was easily the best Airbnb host I’ve ever had. Where do I start, he was extremely proactive before I even started my stay…checking-in and asking if there was anything I needed ahead of time. When the time for our trip arrived, it was a breeze. The instructions were incredibly clear and made for and efficient check-in time. Once at the space, I immediately remarked how clean it was. We often wipe down everything and utilize our own disposable towels and sheets. But, as we wiped things down, there was no dirt detected. While there, there was a blackout. However, we didn’t have to worry because Dishmey’s property is solar powered and was one of few houses in the gated community that still had power in spit of the outage. In addition, it was the little touches like the beach chairs and water in the fridge that made for a great stay. I’d gladly stay in one of Dishmey’s listings again. Thank you again for the warm, Puerto Rican hospitality.

Everything was great, location.. the only thing i didn’t like is the apartment didn’t have a parking spot designated, it was very inconvenient..

This apartment made our stay in Old San Juan so much better. It was central to everything and so easy to walk to everything. I highly recommend this location to anyone wanting to be in the center of everything. The hosts was extremely welcoming and helpful for us to drop off our luggage and local food recommendations. I would definitely book again!

Very responsive. Instructions were clear and accurate. Place was clean and exactly as described. Very roomy, plenty of closet space, mirrors and great natural light. Only had 2 staying in the room but 4 could stay comfortably. Great location very close to beaches, shopping, food and night life. Walkable area. Only area that could use improvement would be the pool maintenance/cleanliness. Water was clear just needed to be skimmed and vacuumed. I reached out with concerns and it was taken care of the next day. I would stay here again.

Milly saved our trip by letting us last minute book with her after an unexpected experience at another air bnb! The condo was located in an awesome location where we enjoyed waking up and seeing the beautiful water. Also the space was very comfortable, clean, and located in a convenient space near local stores, restaurants, and the highway. Definitely will ask Milly to stay with her again!
