Loved Milagros place .. so convenient and close to the airport . Left to the airport at 8:30 am and was already by our gate by 8:47 am .. Milagros communicated quickly and so sweet .. the apartment was beautiful and very clean and loved the outside area.. can see planes from the terrace but not loud at all.. will definitely stay again..

Margarita’s place is exactly what we are looking for in old San Juan - location, great sunlight, and a historical cultural vibe. The place is very spacious with great furniture layout. The bed is extremely comfy. One of the most comfortable bed I ever slept on. Huge California King with 100% cotton sheets. I loved our stay, including the loud music downstairs. Isn’t that we are looking for in part of the experience of the old town? The roof table is amazing. It provides so much sunlight and ventilation to the space, so the space feels very open. I also like Margarita’s furniture choices and placement as an interior designer. All the furniture feels really well placed and adds great accent to the place. Last, if you care a lot about water pressure in the shower, maybe a lot of San Juan apartment is not a good choices for you. The shower is very underwhelming but that seems like a universal problem in San Juan.

We had an amazing two day stay at Sylvette’s place. It is a cozy place where we felt extremely safe and comfortable. It was very easy to find and Sylvette was available for an easy check-in. We felt right at home. The home was well cleaned before we arrived and looks exactly like the description and the pictures in the listing. Sylvette had many recommendations for local sites to visit as well as restaurants in the neighborhood. The neighborhood was walkable to the beach and walkable to grocery stores and great restaurants. There were even beach towels provided for us to use. I would definitely stay with Sylvette again when returning to San Juan and would recommend her place to friends or family members who are planning on visiting San Juan.

Great stay in a really good location. Cesar offered lots of local recommendations and the apartment was perfect for what we were looking for.

Nice home with everything you’ll need for a family. Good neighborhood with an authentic feel, very clean and organized. Highly recommend, would stay again.

Amazing place!! Very relaxing and convenient for family, couples and singles. It’s walking distance to the pool and beach. We highly recommend renting a car and exploring the island. This place is 30 minutes away from airport. Also, there’s a supermarket, restaurants and beaches within driving distance. Thank you Nick and Candido I definitely recommend his place. P.s. They have also have a washing machine and dryer in his apartment. Which we loved!

Jay was absolutely awesome! We dealt with flight delays, and Jay was extremely accommodating. He allowed us to check in well-past the original time, and even had umbrellas ready for us to use when we arrived. The AirBnB itself was really clean, had really good air conditioning, and was a very short walk/drive to beaches, restaurants, and gas stations/convenience stores. The place was well worth the money spent, and contributed significantly to how pleasant our vacation was.

Great host from beginning to end. Made sure we arrived ok (we missed our first flight) stayed on the phone until we reached the house even though it was late. Very fast response. The home was beautiful. My kids loved the pool. It was perfect for our little family get away. I will definitely be returning

We had a wonderful stay! The host was great—very welcoming and responsive. The property is in a quiet and peaceful area with a beautiful view that made every morning feel like a retreat. We especially loved the pool—it was clean, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding. There’s also a rivers nearby, which added a special touch to the whole experience. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a relaxing getaway!

Place was as described, in a great location, and parking was always available. Renier was a great host and always available for support and help with any concerns we had during our stay; he also shared some local cultural activities with us to enjoy. Would rent with him and Carmen again in the future!

We’d stay here again. For the location and having our own pool, it was a decent price. It was nice having 3 bedrooms and an extra room in case we wanted to put our baby in there in the pack and play that was at the property. We brought an extra crib mattress sheet which came in handy since we didn’t know how clean the pack and play was. Overall the house needs a little TLC in the interior and a good cleaning of the sectional couch. It seems like it just needs a good wiping down with a wet cloth. There were ants at the bottom of the couch but after I wiped them up they didn’t come back. Looks like someone before us spilled something and didn’t quite clean it all up. Be careful of leaving opened bags or containers of food in the kitchen. You’ll see a ton of little ants the next day. Utensils in the kitchen also need a good cleaning but that’s minor stuff. AC worked great in the rooms and we felt very safe. Xavier was responsive.

Had such an amazing 30th birthday here, the house was BEAUTIFUL, and made me and my guest feel safe and secure! Every room was pristine! The host replied quickly, with a solution to any and everything. Even with the one jump scare we did have they were responsive and quick it was really calming actually. I truly appreciate this stay and will tell everyone who thinks about going to Puerto Rico to BOOK W ANA!! You will not be upset if you do. Best decision I made for this trip.

I went with my family, including my 1yrs old grandson, who really enjoy to walk around the house. Comfortable house, easy access to main street to drive around. A/C on whole house. Kitchen with all necessary. Bathroom with shampoo/conditioner/soap dispenser, and towels. Extra beach towel, cooler, and other stuffs, in case you want to go to the beach. Michelle was always available to respond asap. Even when we were in PR during a national blackout, the house was prepared with solar panel to provide power, at least to turn on the fans. Good enough to be comfortable during the night. Second night after the blackout, Michelle was immediately available to reset the power box and reestablish the power for the whole house, after blackout was over. Great experience at all.

Robert was an excellent host and I’m planning to stay with him again in the short term future

We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at Diana’s! From the moment I booked, the host was incredibly accommodating—quick to respond, helpful with local tips, and genuinely kind. The location couldn’t have been better. Close to lots of restaurants and coffee shops. The space itself was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. Diana has beach chairs and towels readily available so no need to buy those. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. I’ll definitely be returning the next time I’m in town!

Franchesca’s place was a great stay! Everyone in the complex was very friendly and great to talk to. Franchesca was very responsive and answered all of our questions, as extra as they may have been. If you’re looking for a place that’s a hallway and sand away from the private beach, this place is for you.

Beautiful apartment for our weekend stay! And also in a familiar area for us which was a PLUS! Air conditioning was perfect temperature on the walk in & through out our stay. We will love to book again & definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to stay close to the airport. The pool was perfect temperature & great walking distance to the beach! Definitely enjoyed our stay at Alejandro’s place. Very clean and organized, easy to locate, loved that it felt safe with the 24hr security. Felt right at home. The pool was great as well as the short walk to the beautiful beach in the back, no issues or complaints to give, simply enjoyed the whole stay, the cleanliness and Alejandro was great willing to help and even give advice for places to visit and things to do in the area…will recommend to others.

Ray’s place is very cozy and had all amenities that were needed. Located in a nice area that is walkable to a lot of restaurants and shops. Beach is down the block, which is a plus. Ray was fast with communication and quick to answer any questions I had. I would recommend Ray’s place.
