House holiday rentals in Gubat

We had an unforgettable experience celebrating my daughter's 18th birthday at Alexander's place. the 3 spacious rooms were cozy and well maintained providing plenty of comfort for everyone. The videoke room was a hit with our guests adding so much fun to the celebration. The overall ambiance made the event more special and we could not have asked for a better venue. We are also delightful that pir request to transfer the booking from Xanders 3 to Xanders 1 was granted. Highly recommended for family gatherings and special occasion.

Super super clean.. Great view plenty of space friendly owners. this stay has it all.. the access road is a little hard to access / narrow , so educate yourself in advance.. I would suggest a video from the host to the potential guests

The place was cozy, and the caretaker was friendly and accommodating. She even offered to include us in her pasabuy if we needed anything from the market. When I mentioned that I had a headache and asked if she had any medicine, she kindly offered to buy some from the nearest pharmacy. That thoughtful gesture really stood out to me. My only concern was the lighting in the pool area. I hope they can install a proper electric light instead of relying solely on solar-powered ones, since they don’t charge well on gloomy days. Aside from that, everything was great! The rooms were nice and cool (all 3 rooms are air condition), and the first floor was very spacious—perfect for hanging out or relaxing. Overall, we had a comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend!

My fam and I had the pleasure of staying at Balai B&R for five days while I attended a convention in Sorsogon. From the moment we arrived, Edward and Kim made us feel right at home with their warm hospitality. Edward was quick and responsive to our needs from buying a drying rack nung na notice niya na nag sampay kami outside the unit to replacing some of our outdated complementary amenities. They also provided complimentary breakfast for all FIVE days, which was such a thoughtful gesture. It’s rare to find a host so attentive and caring. The glasshouse unit was cozy, airy, and filled with natural light while still providing privacy. Its location is ideal—close to SM Sorsogon and Rompeolas, making it easy to buy necessities and find affordable places to eat. May sarisari stores din around the area for extra convenience. Edward also offered airport transfers at a reasonable price, with a tour of the area, which was a personal touch we appreciated. I highly recommend their airbnb! 💯

This place was amazing. Me and my family felt at home and at peace, from the furnitures to the ambiance, everything was perfect. It was really serene and we were able to relax. We were also able to enjoy the beauties of Gubat and Irosin while checked in Baia, pros of it being close to places we wanted to go to and having a good parking space for the cars we brought. I absolutely recommend this place and if given the chance to go back, I would most definitely stay here again.

Pros: ✨Great location: it’s located at the center of Irosin - near the palengke, supermarkets, schools, churches, and just more or less 30 mins ride to hot springs. ✨ With complete kitchenwares ✨ With two bathrooms, useful for big families ✨ Although there’s only one bedroom, they have extra beddings you can arrange in the living room. ✨ The caretaker is very friendly. She’s just one call away if you have concerns/requests. Not really cons, but something you might need to consider when booking: 🌋 No wifi & No generator (Irosin is prone to scheduled brownouts). 🌋 Place is a bit small, so you really have to make do of the space. Rearrange furnitures in order to place the extra beddings 🌋 Could be a bit noisy cos it’s located beside the church Overall, we had a great stay. ⭐️

The place is super cozy and it was easy to check in. The house is indeed a great place to stay especially for a big family since it is very spacious, neat, and comfy. All of us enjoyed our Holidays because of the peaceful atmosphere. The host is responsive. He also gives recommendations on spots to go when you want to enjoy the city. Transportations like buses and tricycles are also accessible so we did not worry about going to other places around the city. It is also great to go walking around the area.
