Cette construction en forme de coque de bateau offre 8 couchages, un lit clos breton, 1 lit double sur une mezzanines, 2 lits 1 place sur l'autre, un salon avec 1 canapé, une cuisine super équipée et 1 séjour avec vue mer par 1 baie de 3 m 10. Eau (0,1 m3 / jour offert) et électricité(2 kwh /jour offert) relevés à l'arrivée, et suppléments payés en sus, régularisés lors départ. Draps 14 euros pour un lit, et serviettes 8 euros par personne si fournis. Ces éléments font objet d'un contrat.

Located in the countryside and quiet, between land & sea, close to beaches, we welcome you in an authentic and carefully restored setting: a typical house of the Pays du Trégor, 100 m² for 6 people, all comforts, with private courtyard with flowers. Ideally less than 1 km from the GR34 and on the edge of the Vélomaritime, on the heights of Pointe de Runglaz, 4 min. drive to the beaches and 6 min. to the shops. On site, equestrian accommodation with 650 m² arena, stable and 2 boxes.

Le Courlis: 3 minutes from the beaches

Le Courlis est une petite maison bretonne typique, mitoyenne mais totalement indépendante que ce soit par sa cour et son parking privé. Située à moins de 5mn des plages de Locquirec et de Plestin-les-Grèves , elle a une capacité d'accueil de 3 personnes. Rénovée en 2020, elle propose tout le confort pour un agréable séjour. Il faut préciser que l'escalier est de type "économiseur d'espace" et non adapté aux personnes ayant des difficultés de déplacement.

The house is located 650 m from Vilin Izella beach. A road and a path allow you to reach it along a stream. The Beg Ar Fri point, less than 1 km away, offers many magnificent views. The stone house is surrounded by a 2000 m2 flower and tree garden. It has been completely renovated to offer comfort in summer and winter with a large living room equipped with underfloor heating and wooden flooring. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Located in the Breton countryside, this charming vacation rental can accommodate families and friends for a relaxing time and direct access to the beach (located 300 meters away, the access is a path surrounded by greenery and is not accessible for all). The accommodation includes 2 bathrooms as well as 3 bedrooms equipped with double beds. Upstairs you can enjoy the terrace with a sea view and the pleasant living room.

"Les Hirondelles"

5 km from the beaches of Locquirec, in the countryside, we built this guest room in an old outbuilding in 2020, independent of the main house. Garden available, pond, Adirondack chairs to relax. Pets not allowed. For cyclists, we are 4 km from the Voie Verte and the GR34, a secure room is available for bicycles. Possibility of free repairs as far as possible. Linen provided. Optional breakfast at a price of €6.50

Charming cottage, feet in the water

At the tip of the port, after it's the sea, charming cottage on the water with very nice views. In a small port typical of this Brittany strong of its marine history. Pink granite, hiking trails, the GR 34 passes 300 m from the cottage. Beaches on foot, fishing within 50m, harbor cafe, restaurant, and the sale of fish live by fishermen. Access to the mezzanine does not accommodate children under 10 years old.

The Folgalbin House

The Folgalbin house is a peaceful and pleasant place, close to the sea. It offers many services such as two paddles, a plancha, Wi-Fi, Netflix... all in a small country house with terrace. It has two bedrooms. A real closed bedroom and another "open" one on the mezzanine. (see pictures) The nearest beaches are within a 10-minute drive. Shops nearby (bakery, caterer, Super U, tobacco, florist...) 50 m2 house.
