Family-friendly holiday rentals in Guimarães

Le airbnb était aussi beau que décrit dans l'annonce, tout a été pensé dans les détails. Nous avons apprécié les nombreuses recommandations et la visite guidée de l'écurie offerte par Cheila. Profiter du jacuzzi en écoutant les oiseaux au milieu de la nature était incroyable. Si vous recherchez un lieu paisible où déconnecter ce lieu est fait pour vous ! Ce airbnb mérite amplement 5 étoiles même si j'ai été attaqué par le chien du propriétaire à notre arrivée, en marchant vers ce que je croyais l'endroit pour récupérer les clefs de la location. Heureusement le chien était attaché au bout d'une chaîne et je m'en suis sortie "seulement" avec quelques égratignures, des bleus et un pantalon déchiré, que Cheila m'a remboursé. Ma seule remarque serait donc d'ajouter une petite pancarte pour signaler le chien qui m'a prise par surprise. Malgré cet incident je recommanderais ce airbnb et y reviendrais avec plaisir.

Nuestra estancia en la casa de Luís ha sido inmejorable. El alojamiento está muy limpio y decorado con muy buen gusto. No le falta ningún detalle y es todo tal y cómo se muestra en las fotos. Hemos disfrutado un montón de la piscina y del buen tiempo. Luís es un anfitrión 10, muy atento, dispuesto y amable. Sin duda, volveremos y no dudaremos en recomendarla! Muchas gracias por todo Luís.

Todo perfecto, anfitriona estupenda rápida en contestar y aclarar todas las dudas, durante la estancia estuvo muy pendiente (reservando en el restaurante para comer, regalándonos cápsulas de café etc.). La casa equipada con todo lo necesario. Piscina fantástica. Finca muy grande, nuestra perrita también la disfrutó mucho. Muy recomendable, si algún día volvemos por la zona repetiremos.

Adorámos a nossa estada, onde pudemos desfrutar da tranquilidade do espaço, da Natureza envolvente, das instalações de lazer, e a pontuar estes maravilhosos dias passados em Família, a hospitalidade e autenticidade dos anfitriões, que permitiram diferenciar esta experiência de outras do género. My family and I stayed for nearly two weeks in Portugal, at 5 different AirBnBs. This was definitely the best. The property and views are beautiful, and the flat was very clean and well provisioned. But more than that, Daniel and the other co-hosts were very friendly and welcoming. I wholeheartedly recommend their place, especially for families looking to unwind a bit and who are interested in seeing aspects of Portugal outside of the more touristy, typical locations.

A estadia foi ótima! Procuramos, por recomendação de uma familiar, um local sossegado para descansar e foi isso mesmo que nos foi proporcionado. A Daniela, anfitriã, foi sempre muito atenciosa e deu o seu máximo para nos proporcionar uma estadia espetacular! O apartamento estava totalmente equipado e foi fácil sentirmo-nos em casa! Muito obrigada por tudo! Conseguiu que as minhas expectativas se superassem!

The apartment was fantastic, with a welcoming host and a convenient location—especially for those exploring Braga by car. However, we found it a bit uncomfortable that it was a private residence with all the host's belongings still there. Additionally, the requirement to pay 30 Euros for using the air conditioning or washing machine felt a bit high.

We stayed 4 nights in Elisa's lovely apartment, using it as a base for day trips each day in a different direction. It's a nice space to spend time in, and we really enjoyed the amount of light and private, peaceful view in the mornings when we woke up and had breakfast. The location is great in general, very easy to walk to restaurants or take a stroll around central Braga. Elisa was very responsive and helpful at all times. We had a car, and were able to get by using on-street parking. The spots were paid parking, but it's free from 7pm-9am (and Sundays), and we were gone most of the day, so we only ended up having to pay for a few hours each day, at about a Euro an hour, and were able to pay via an app (EasyPark), which made it simple to extend the time as needed.

This is definitely the best place to stay in Braga. Perfect location to get to everything. Cannot go wrong with Maria's place.

Espaço muito bom , Sra Teresa muito prestativa e amigável, 5 estrelas . Espaço e paisagem lindíssima, piscina impecável. Voltaremos de certeza.

Espaço muito agradável para um sossego difícil de encontrar nos dias que correm, em especial perto de uma cidade já movimentada como mo Guimarães. Precisa de um pouco de manutenção mas no geral, é uma casa fantástica

The apartment was spacious and comfortable. There was plenty of light and it was well stocked with towels, soap, and other necessities. The location is perfect. It is walking distance to anything you need. I would happily rent this airbnb again on my next trip to Braga. I recommend it!

Todo perfecto, el alojamiento es tal y como se muestra en las fotos. Es una casa muy comoda en una zona muy tranquila y agradable, ideal para un viaje en familia. Angelo estuvo muy pendiente de que todo estuviera funcionando bien y fue muy amable en todo momento.

Maison très agréable et paisible. Entant que famille portugaise nous avons retrouvé l'essence même de ce qui fait les portugais : l'accueil et la gentillesse. Antonio à été un gentil papi pour les enfants et Filipe est très réactif et de bon conseil pour nos sorties et questions. la piscine est très sympa aussi. Cette maison au milieu de la nature est très belle et calme. bravo pour ce lieu ressourçant.

Maria is a great host and the house and swimming pool are perfect for a family getaway in the sun.The kitchen is fully equipped and the rooms are a good size ,each with window shutters and fan for the hotter days.The pool is huge and great for a cool dip.Maria was responsive to all needs and left out lovely bowls of freshly picked fruit and veg during our stay.We had a car for the stay and I'd say it was necessary to have one but there is secure private parking.Maria is a fabulous host and I'd have no problem recommending this property for a vacation.

Fabulous holiday in a beautiful villa in beautiful surroundings. Antonio was a very helpful host, recommending restaurants and supermarkets to us. Lots of space for a mixed family holiday of 7. Villa had all required amenities.

The apartment is absolutely great: spacious, characterful, comfortable, clean and very well equipped. The whole setting is wonderful: a fabulous position up in the hills, with friendly dogs, chickens and an unusual breed of sheep (Cameroon)! The historic cities of Braga and Guimaraes are very close, each offering a range of attractions. Virginia, together with her delightful family, could not have been more helpful, ensuring that our stay was really enjoyable. She looked after us extremely well, providing excellent communication beforehand, lots of goodies upon arrival and helpful recommendations about what to see in the local area. We had a very memorable few days, for which many thanks.

La quinta es espectacular. Además de tener una gran historia, está muy cuidada y limpia. Es acogedora a pesar de lo grande que es y Miguel es un gran anfitrión. muy recomendable!
