Ces place is well kept and nicely furnished, it's quality accommodation for an affordable price. The neighborhood is quiet, perfect for relaxing and to recharge, I've slept so well for the duration of my stay. Lastly, Ces and her husband Roel are amazing host and they're quite helpful with local travel tips, plus it's wonderful of them to give me a quick city tour. I would definitely recommend this place.

This place is pretty nice. It's a good value for what you get compared to the other condos in the same complex. And the complex itself is very nice and in a good location. The TV is massive, so if you like TV this is a great place. You can watch on his Netflix or cast your own YouTube using YouTube pairing. Other casting didn't work. The only bad side to the unit is that there is no microwave and there is no cooking vent so cooking needs to be very light. Jay was really good about responding to me and being helpful and even gave me extra towels and sheets for my extended stay when I asked for them. I want to stress that point as other reviews had said that Jay's respones and check in weren't great, but I found that to not be a problem

Conveniently located near restaurants and malls. With 24 hour friendly security. Pool is clean and beautiful. Peaceful and private when you are in the building. Laundry service for a fee in the vicinity. The kitchen is fully furnished and with heated shower. Parking is available at all times. Coffee shop just a few steps within the building with great choices and also a 7 Eleven for last minute items you may need. Myka is very responsive and helpful in all our needs.

Since the Wi-Fi is not fiber, there is a wide range of speeds, from 40 Mbps in the early morning to 8 Mbps at night. You might expect the Wi-Fi to not work at night. Netflix and Youtube were not available from the TV in the room. However, I thought it was ok because of the low cost of accommodation.

It's our first time booking an airbnb and it exceeded our expectations. The host was incredibly accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free experience.

We had a great stay at sir Fernando's place! It had a very homey vibe, so cozy that you'd just want to stay there and sleep all day. The furniture and utensils in his home were obviously of great quality and that's when you know that the owner of the house wants the best for his guests. The host was very responsive and always kindly adhered to our requests. He was very clear in giving instructions so communication wouldn't really be a problem. Also, he even went above and beyond to even cook for us. Kudos to him because all of our needs were met during our stay. Strike a conversation with him and you'll learn a lot of interesting things. He never made us feel out of place. You'll seldom encounter a host and a place like this. Truly grateful to sir Fernando for making our stay worthwhile!

Homey and private place to stay. Rosies very hands on with any of my questions and concerns during my entire stay. The accomodation has the best airconditioning and bed for both rooms and its my heavenly retreat. Wifi is super fast and strong. She lives nearby so any concerns shes always ready to help.. I am grateful its like a home away from home ... Highly recommended if you are planning to explore Iloilo and surrounding cities.

this is my second time staying here for almost a month. last time i came back from NYC, i also stayed with Krystel. she’s been a very reliable host and made sure my needs were accomodated. totally recommend and would be my first choice everytime im on vacay. 🤗♥️

Sir Ryan was a great host. He allowed us to have early check in and late check out. He was very responsive about my inquiries and the place was clean and spacious. Will definitely book again next time we go to IloIlo!
