Breton PENTHOUSE, on the shores of Étang du Fret.

We invite you to come and discover this bicentennial house, where my great-great-grandparents lived. Recently renovated with the aim of preserving a family touch, we deliberately stay far from "magazine-style interiors." The 6,000 m² garden is home to 2 ponies and 2 goats in a dedicated area. Ideally located just a few minutes from the port, this house is the perfect starting point for hiking or cycling. The Voie Verte and the GR34 run along the garden in front of the Fret pond.

For group stays, this spacious apartment for 7 people is a perfect base for exploring the Landerneau-Daoulas region. Between walks along the Élorn, the Chemin de la Fontaine, and towards the Brest harbor or the Monts d'Arrée, everyone will find something to fill their stay. Two bedrooms (double bed + single bed, and double bed) plus a mezzanine with two single beds can accommodate the whole group. Equipped kitchen and large furnished living room for gathering.

My apartment is perched on the 7th and top floor ( with elevator !). It is sunbathing or beaten by the winds but always warm! 80 m2 entirely at your disposal in comfort mode. Full center of Brest! You can do everything on foot, the train station is less than 5 mins away, the tram is 7 mins away, a large supermarket is 10 mins away, the theatre, the cinemas are 10 mins away... If you have a car, parking is paid in front of my house, so it's easy to park!
