Saad has been a very great host and was available 24hrs. Place is very neat and clean including rooms and toilets. Apartment is at very good location in clifton Bath Island. Will always recommend for anyone.

Great residence and stay. Everything was perfect.

Everything was great! Easy to get too and also very responsive host! Asghar (the watchmen/help) was extremely nice and helpful!!! He brought our suitcases up and helped put if we needed anything!! I wish the description had mentioned that this was on the fourth floor! For people whose parents are old it was difficult for them to manage that! Other than that it was a great experience! It was First time experience with Airbnb and seriously jahanzeb deserves to be superhost _Squezy clean space _a All necessary amenities were available _Caretaker was available instantly at one call _Location is near to beach with many renowned cafes and malls _Safe and comfortable space _Washrooms were neat _And thankfully didn't have water outage not even once as building was well maintained _Thanks for making my experience better will recommend to others and will surely stay again

It was great stay at Zain’s place. Zain is very accommodating and responsive. Looked exactly how it was pictured. Mr. Noor is great help and available almost every time you call him. Overall great place. Youtube Premium , Netflix was a plus! Zain and Hira are great Host. Keep it up.

I was offered alternative apartment before my check-in due to local water supply issue.very nice apartment. only problem was the dusty weather of Karachi no matter how much one cleans the dust comes in immediately after opening of the window. the apartment whilst on 9 th floor attracts road noise which was a bit of inconvenience to sleep but that can be sorted with some sort of white noise. will recommend the place as host is very accommodating and once an issue has been raised was resolved immediately

This is my best Airbnb experience yet. easy to book. and owner replied to me i. seconds. one of the easiest location to find with lots of necessities nearby. Cleanliness surpassed my expectation. With all the modern furniture, it made my stay wonderful. i would not only stay again at same place but also recommend anyone who wants to stay at hassle-free, spotless, and convenient place.

We enjoyed our stay here, it is very convenient that you have so many places right down stairs from you, restaurants, bakery, pharmacy, coffee, ice cream and other things. There is security 24 hours and also security on the street at restaurants and the banks so we felt very safe. You can stand on the balcony and watch the traffic and people passing, which I enjoyed. The security guard was very helpful with everything. Would recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay where they can experience the livelyness of Karachi.

a good place if you're staying short, as smoking is allowed in this property so smell would be strong inside the apartment, apart from that everything was great, faced some challenges but the host was responsive and was solving the problems

Peaceful stay. Host was very responsive and took care of everything quickly. The location was very safe and secure. House was decent as well with great views. The only challenge was the geyser that i was told to turn on myself every morning and was a bit of a hassle, although, that might be an issue everywhere in Karachi with Gas shutoffs. Would have been nice to have someone do that and not worry about it.

The check-in was easy. From the get go, the owner was very responsive, helpful and the manager showed me around the apartment and made sure of everything I need for a comfortable stay before he left. The stay was amazing. The interior and the ambience of the apartment is top notch. And to top it all off, the view of the sea you get from the windows and balcony is so serene and peaceful. Just cannot get tired of this place. Plenty of places to explore around the area and everything in walking distance. A beautiful place to take a stroll. Very safe and secure. The overall experience of this place is 10/10. Wish to visit again.
