Hotel holiday rentals in Gulf of Fonseca

We had a brilliant stay at Las Dunas! There was an issue with our booked dates, so Madeline found an alternative location for our first night (included in initial price), and arranged all transport and food. Very helpful and kind staff over all! We were able to hire a motorbike and surfboards easily! We’re not very good as speaking Spanish, but this was not an issue!

It is a very nice place. Very good to go alone or as a couple. It is cozy and quiet.

Our stay at Tapas and Surf was amazing! It’s the perfect surf getaway. The staff there are exceptional and so helpful and friendly along with Roberto going out of his way to help us with a number of things. Thank you so much for an amazing experience

I loved the privacy of the beach, not too touristy. The staff was super sweet and welcoming. Second time staying here, will book aging in a near future.

I lived for 5 days in Barca de oro with my friends. Sandrine and her daughter Gopal were extremely welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The yoga session was great, the activity with the baby turtles was great and the guide was very kind. The eco cabin gave us a moment of disconnection in nature, while being very well-equipped. Breakfasts were great and vegetarian meals were the same. Thank you again for our stay and happy hosting

It was a great hotel, very close to the beaches, had a beautiful view. Everyone who worked was real nice and friendly, even some of the locals were nice. Rooms were also nice and it was genuinely an amazing place to have a little vacation. The food options were also tasty and the morning breakfast was just not a thing to skip. The host was all sorts of kind 10/10 very enjoyable.

Really liked the place, the included breakfast in the morning had three choices and they were all great. The atmosphere around the pool and the hammock was awesome and the beer you could purchase at the property was a very reasonable price. Rooms are nice and good walking distance to reach the center, quiet area.

We really liked our stay at Matteos Hostel! It‘s clean, close to the beach, quiet in the night and all in all a chilled area. The people around are super friendly. You can do some tours or rent a surfboard. The Bus stop is directly in front.

The hotel is located on an Oceanfront location, the food is delicious and the drinks were also tasty and the price is reasonable. Doris is so friendly and we felt right at home. Will definitely be coming back.

Perfect place to relax. We had great days at Still Salty Escape. The staff is super friendly and supportive. The location is just amazing! The best place to enjoy the ocean and the best spot to watch the sunset. Food is delicious as well. We loved it there and can highly recommend this place.

wonderful experience. Plenty of Shade. food however is kind of pricey and they mount it onto an open tab where you pay when you checkout.

Great location if you want proximity to the beach…Hotel Villas Ruta del Sol is a 2-3 minute walk from Playa Grande. Daily breakfast is included, complimentary drinking water stations located next to the rooms. A few hammocks on the property plus a pool if you want privacy. Note that power outages are common on the island so be prepared for a few hours of no AC if that happens (there are backup fans).

Joel place was very peace and relaxing. Cabin was great for the 3 of us and the facility that he had were very nice . Ping pong table , relaxes seating and great place to eat for dinner and breakfast patio area . Small pool next to the cabin with hammock and seat area. Very quiet silence except the creature at night . Jose the one who oversee the property very helpful and nice. Kitchen closes early Friday a 330pm had to order ahead of time . Not many places to eat but it will do .

A very nice and quiet place, no noise, with a large pool, quality and quiet air conditioning.The staff attends wonder. The room is clean and spacious. It should be noted that the accommodation is 6 km from the center but you can use Uber 4.50€ each time. Kitchen, laundry can be used. 100 x 100th place recommended

Accommodation located in a central area, attended by helpful staff and meeting expectations according to the listing description. One aspect to consider is that due to being in the center of town, buses run early, making a lot of noise

To spend the night 10 out of 10. Very close to all shops, restaurants and family square. the people who work taking care of the place very attentive and friendly

Great place to stay and very close to Centro Histórico. Very easy check in and there is a doorman/security so you know you’re safe. Parking is also included if you’re driving. Very attentive staff. I’d happily stay here again.

The place is very beautiful and tidy.

Im rating this place based on what you get for the price (don’t expect luxury). The room was very clean, it has AC, and available parking. It is gated and feels safe. It is conveniently located walking distance to the market, church, museum and you can just walk around. I would stay again and do recommend it to others. The mattress was a bit hard but it was fine for one or two nights. The hosts were very responsive and helpful.

There’s a cute puppy here, need I say more.
