Casa Wenner 1 Napoli Center Panorama Chiaia

Panoramic studio apartment in the heart of Chiaia, inside the private park of Villa Wenner. Ideal for a couple or a family of up to 4 people, Casa Wenner 1 combines what is rare to find together in Naples: a central location, quiet, greenery, and a view of the Gulf. Just a few minutes' walk away, you'll find Piazza del Plebiscito, the waterfront, Via Chiaia, Via Toledo, the San Carlo Theater, and the port. The metro, funicular, and Chiaia elevator make it easy to get to the historic center, Vomero, the islands, and archaeological sites.

Two rooms overlooking the sea

The newly-builted 40m2 home is located in Marina Corricella, a pedestrian area easily reachable, 7mt from the sea. To reach the house, there are 2 sets of staircases for a total of 30 steps. From the small terrace you can overlook the arrival of fishermen' boats. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, icecream shops and local handicraft shops. Chiaia beach is reachable by feet (20min) or by taxi boat service. In the spring/summer passengers transport by hydrofoil from Sorrento to Procida are active

Sea View Suite with Private Hot Tub & Terrace

This is a large suite with two terraces, an incredible bathroom with a large jacuzzi, an outdoor shower and dining area all inspired by my time in England and the former tropical colonies. The location is central and the view from the terrace is fantastic. Everything is brand new from the AC to the TV and the bed. Some furniture is antique from the 1800s. This suite is part of a small three-suite venue with the kitchen shared when you enter. We don’t have an elevator, you will need to walk up.

Villa Paradiso is located in the heart of Positano. Take in panoramic views of the beautiful Mediterranean Sea by day and be swept away by the magical sound of waves meeting the shore by night. The Villa faces the sun and sea and is only a 10 minute walk from the beach. Relax on your private terrace and enjoy a walk through a garden filled with florishing fruits and vegetables among the lemon trees. Villa Paradiso offers a picturesque escape from daily life in the beautiful Amalfi Coast.

Terrace Principe di San Severo

The owner of the apartment was awarded the women and hospitality prize by the Councillor of the municipality of Naples for the authentic hospitality that she offers to the guests. The house is located in the historic center of Naples, in the immediate vicinity of the famous San Severo Chapel. The property is located on the works floor of a late 1700s building, served by a lift. The lift works with a coin machine and each ride costs 5 cents which will be provided to you by the owner.
