my husband and I loved our stay at Casa Gungun! Rodrigo was very good at communicating. We loved the peaceful area and the view was amazing! the road to the place is very rough and makes it a bit harder in and out for doing things but just know you don't get anywhere fast in costa rica. Ate the best pizza of our life at Kon tiki! Hot tub struggled to get hot with the power outages was the only slight bummer but we enjoyed it when it was hot outside instead!

The Casa Vera Vista was a beautiful villa on the cliff side over looking the bay with the most beautiful sunsets. The villa was close to the beach and great restaurants plus a good starting point for many excursions. The concierge team was always there when we needed them throughout the entire trip as well as with planning prior to arriving. The house was very clean, decorated very tastefully and had comfortable beds. The daily cleaning service was very helpful with three kiddos in tow. We had two dinners and breakfast with the recommended chefs and they exceeded our expectations, with both delicious food and friendly company. Our driver Raudy was always on time, professional and was very helpful in getting around with our busy itinerary. We definitely did a lot on our trip (zip lining, deep sea fishing, ATVs, snorkeling, rainforest, waterfalls, hot springs etc) and staying at the villa with the concierge service made it that much more special. Me encantó la casa conteiner! Fuimos a descansar con mi pareja y dos perritas y estuvo increíble. Amé demasiado la piscina y el deck. Y me fascinaron muchos detalles de la casa como azulejos de cocina, baño, puertas corredizas. Hermoso lugar tranquilo para disfrutar y/o descansar. Me quedé con ganas de quedarme más días así que seguramente volveremos!

Had a great stay! I walked to get coffee every morning at Java! There were restaurants within walking distance and the beach was close too. I would recommend this place.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location is perfect—just a short, scenic walk to the beach, where we felt like we had a little slice of paradise to ourselves. One of the most magical parts? We spotted monkeys in the trees right off our deck—it felt like something out of a nature documentary! The place itself is spotless, modern, and thoughtfully decorated with charming, beachy touches that made it feel both cozy and stylish. The staff were incredibly warm and helpful from the moment we arrived, always available with a smile or a great local tip. And we have to mention the cats! We completely fell in love with them—they added such a sweet, homey vibe to the property. We’re already dreaming about our next trip back. If you’re headed to Costa Rica, this spot is a total gem!

We loved our stay in Playas del Coco! The place is beautiful and we loved the artistic touches. The pool felt great after hanging at the beach and we enjoyed exploring nearby beaches Ocotal and Hermosa. We appreciated all the food recommendations and our baby loved the toy cabinet. :) Thank you for a great stay!

My husband and I started off our honeymoon at The Spyglass. The views are incredible and we absolutely love Ocotal Beach and Father rooster. They have excellent ceviche!!! Super fresh and we own a seafood company so we know fresh! The pool was beautiful. The bed comfortable. Good water pressure. Powerful AC splitters in the bedrooms. We were very comfortable at Spyglass and definitely plan to go back. Cherie was extremely helpful answering any questions I had. She was very quick to respond.

Great place to stay. Close to Brasilito and Conchal and local restaurants. Quiet and peaceful little place. Very enjoyable. Would stay here again for sure.

It was one of our best stays! It's a very clean unit with an amazing view. The kitchen is well equipped with various pots and pens and appliances. The beds were comfy to my surprise and we all slept like babies. The pool was great and clean. They also had pool noodles, beach chairs, cooler and snorkeling equipment. Lennis was just great! she is super kind and the communication was very good. Definitely recommended.

Appartement parfait avec vue imprenable. Notre hôte, David, a été très disponible, à l'écoute et très agréable. Bien situé pour visiter les différentes plages et villages du secteur. Nous recommandons de louer un 4x4 pour éviter le stress des routes du CR et la montée au logement. Pas de souci pour opter pour le chemin proposé par Google de l'aéroport, beaucoup plus court. Nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise d'utiliser la piscine ou autre facilité de la propriété. L'appartement est confortable et très propre. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

The place was perfect for our situation. We had a flight that was supposed to go to SJO and instead ended in Liberia, which resulted in us staying overnight. So we decided to have a few days in a beach town and stayed here. It was the perfect way to make lemonade out of lemons.

We had an awesome stay in Tamarindo! The place had everything we needed—comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. The location is super central, just a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. What really stood out was the thoughtful guide the hosts provided—it made exploring the town so much easier and helped us discover some great local spots. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Tamarindo!

In general, CR was more expensive than I would have guessed, which made Andrea's place an even better value than I hoped for. The unit is in a gated area right on a beautiful beach with a very active reef, and lots of colorful fauna. There's even a nice restaurant 100m away. We stayed much closer to home than we intended for the whole trip. If there was anything that might scare people away, there were several ant species roaming around the unit. It's a jungle, and they have wings, so what can you do? Nobody got bit, and they were individuals, not swarms. I also evicted a land crab that was enjoying the AC. I don't think you're going to find anything without an elevator and a lobby that doesn't have this level of intimacy with the local fauna. I would not hesitate to recommend Andrea's place to anyone.

We had a great stay. It’s well functional studio with a fully stocked kitchen with utensils and appliances, and located just 100m away from the beach and 5 min walk from the main street that had all the restaurants and bars.

The place is amazing, really modern and clean. Is really near from the main beaches, they are really responsive and the instructions are clear. Services are great! We loved it!

¡Nos encanta! Ya nos hemos hospedado dos veces y es hermoso. El condo es súper cómodo y está totalmente equipado. La reserva preciosa y el Beach Club nos encanta para pasar el día. La playa es de las más lindas del país. Definitivamente recomiendo si buscan un lugar familiar, cómodo y con acceso directo a la playa Conchal.

This place is fantastic, spotless, well equipped, secure, easy to access and a beautiful ocean view. The beach chairs/umbrella are a great bonus which we used to enjoy Playa Flamingo in comfort David is a generous, responsive host. Thank you for hosting us.

We loved our stay here! Diana’s home is lovely and welcoming. We enjoyed having all necessary items-including beach gear-and enjoyed the pool after our outings. Diana’s recommendations were fantastic and led us to several memorable sunsets and delicious meals. We would love to return. It’s a wonderful home base for exploring the north coast.

Charlie's place was just like the pictures. It was close to the airport, but very quiet. My family of 4 stayed just one night after landing at the airport before heading to La Fortuna. A bit tight with all our luggage but it was fine for one night. Pool and surrounds were great.

Joanna was a great host. Flexible and very accommodating when we’d made a mistake with our booking. Due to the time difference communication was a little delayed but that couldn’t be helped but needs to be considered. The apartment was perfect with all the amenities you’d require. Pacifico itself is a beautiful complex with everything you need right on hand. The pacifico complex has standards and rules that are gently enforced by the local security chaps who were all lovely so it’s nothing more than gentle advice if they feel the need. Kids jumping in the pool or music a little too late were two examples we encountered. None of this took away from a lovely stay in a lovely place.

Great place to stay! Very clean and well taken care of condo in a safe area. The pool and area outside the condo is very nice and a great spot to hangout. We had a rental car which made the short drive in to town very easy.

This was our first visit to Costa Rica. It was also our first destination out of five. We were looking for somewhere to relax and rest before we continued. Our place was perfect! Well stocked, clean, serene and beautiful. Our host, Sebastian, was really helpful. He found our friends, who had been a bit lost (no gps) and told us where to go for SIM cards. We swam in the pool And the ocean as well.

Meagan's unit was a cozy home away from home. It was well stocked. Meagan was proactive and communicative during my whole stay and provided great recommendations. The pool was beautiful and facilities were very clean. The rental location is at the end of town, not well-lit, and lacking sidewalks. I found it easier to walk to town 15 minutes along the beach and start my day at Cafe Corazon each day, and returned back to the beach at 5pm for sunset. For dinner after dark I took an Uber, but golf carts are easily available. Despite the dark, I felt very safe and locals were friendly.
