We had a wonderful one week stay. The riverside property is beautiful and peaceful. The staff was extremely attentive to all of our needs. It was nice to have use of the kitchen to prepare our meals.

Perfect starting point for driving trip in southern Thailand - My friend and I arrived in Surat Thani and were headed to Khanom on the coast. But because we were arriving a bit too late to pick up the rental car and make it to the coast before dark I looked for a quiet place near the airport and this little cabin on a quiet river was perfect. The only sounds were of the birds in the morning, and breakfast on the covered deck overlooking the river was nice. As it is a bit remote, be sure to have your own transportation, and if arriving in the evening better to eat dinner before hand.

A beautiful place to stay by the river Our point of contact was Joe. He was always available and helpful. It's a little secluded. We left early on 01.01.2025. It was difficult to get a grave or taxi, Joe drove us to the bus station without hesitation in the morning after New Year's Eve.

First of all thank you for being nice with customer and doing your best for them I was so satisfied with alin services I rent her condo for 40 days and home was extremely clean no smell very beautiful view I recommend everyone if you want to have good place and very nice and charming host get room from Alin, she was the best she explained me and explore me every where and always tried to make sure there is no problem in my room and very responsive person , thank you so much dear alin you’re the best

It accommodated our need. Having a car it’s a must as there are not many shops around. There are number of buildings with hundreds of unit in each building in the complex.

It was worth the price. Place is clean and host is very responsive.

Wonderful apartment with a really nice sea view! The apartment itself is cozy and pleasant, fully equipped, perfect value for money. The hosts were also friendly and responsive, promptly answered questions. The neighborhood is perfect in terms of transport, sea, entertainment, food, everything is nearby! I want to come back here again!

One of the most amazing Airbnbs. 1. Location: around 1km from pattaya beach, this is perfect for being close to all facilities as well as a private and quite location to ensure a good sleep. 2. Entire apartment is spotless and pristine. 3. I would select Dr. Supot's properties every time without giving a second thought. 4. Hosts commucate well proactively ensuring a smooth checkin and checkout process.

We had an amazing day. Everything was perfect. The apartment is super clean and the view from 17th floor is really amazing . The building and the apartment is very well-maintained. The condominium has all the facilities with privacy. Grab was easy to get to get to the city & also for food deliveries. Would definitely recommend staying at this place 👍

Thank you so much for the wonderful stay and the communication was very responsive - it helped us to ease the check in and check out. That’s one of the most important factor for me as a guest. The room size | space is very comfortable and giving. The air condition is well and strong especially living in Pattaya , it can get really hot! However just one thing to note - I was hoping maybe the living room sheets can be freshen up more - that will be perfect. Also the gym - the recommendation should be removed as it’s in a rusty condition , I wouldn’t recommend the usage of the gym. The pool view is great and relaxing. This location is great overall.

Rong, the property owner is very responsive. I sent messages to her and all have been responded in minutes. She may not speak English but she is a master of translator apps. :) One TV started to get flakey (rolling) and she came over and we swapped the living room TV for the bedroom TV and then she literally repaired the flakey TV, on the phone with LG engineering support and they talked her through a minor repair which required opening the back of the TV and reseating cables. Grand Avenue Residence is one of my favorite condos to stay at when in Pattaya. Nice pools, gym, close to beach, malls, restaurants, entertainment district. etc. Her condo is on the smaller side but did have a washing machine (good trade off for me) and a very comfortable bed. I had never stayed with Rong before but will be a repeat customer. Her places seem to be priced to what she is providing. I've had to stay in some that are twice the price yet no difference. I'd definitely stay with her again.

The fact that the area is so deserted had advantages for us. There was nothing going on at the beach. unfortunately, the pool was too dirty to swim in.

For me, this apartment was a highlight. Well-equipped, even washing powder and fresh coffee beans for the coffee machine, osmosis water, all kinds of appliances in the kitchen equipment. TV with sound system and streamer, 2nd TV in bedroom, good wifi. Together the furniture, no "collective furniture". High security in the apartment, large balcony on the 5th floor with beautiful views over the lagoon landscape to the sea. Quick contact with questions, nice service by the house staff, clean, well maintained and quiet area. I will be back.

We had a great stay at apartment 1702 in the Boathouse complex in Hua Hin. The two-bedroom unit was comfortable and well-suited for our family. Although there were some initial issues with the water heaters in both bathrooms, the owner responded quickly and had everything resolved. While the building isn’t directly on the beach, there’s a convenient golf buggy shuttle available anytime, or you can enjoy a short walk through the beautiful gardens along a long swimming pool. For food, there are plenty of Grab options nearby. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it!
