Ideal for those who want to enjoy a quiet getaway but close enough to enjoy all the shopping and nightlife that Ocean Springs has to offer. Property has waterfront beach on the Mississippi Sound. It is natural and primitive. Great for launching paddle boards and kayaks. There are also two boat launches 5-7 min from property and plenty of room to park your boat at the house.

It features a 12” gel foam queen bed and a full size couch. Recently upgraded to super quiet mini split A/C units. Welcome to our little place on the bayou. A nice getaway that's not too far away from anything. Take time to unwind on the back porch looking out over the salt marsh. Restaurants, shopping, fishing, the beach and all of the fun the ocean has to offer are just minutes away. Downtown Ocean Springs and Front Beach are a 15 minute drive. New Orleans and Gulf Shores are both easy day trips from here and Biloxi is about a 20 minute drive.

Peaceful and enjoyable, the house was clean and comfortable. The only problem was the steps to loft if we were younger we wouldn’t have any problems. Loved the place outdoors and the host really made us feel comfortable. When we come back we hope the host has another place with the different staircase. Thank you for making our stay comfortable and welcoming.

Dana, made a magical vacation for us. This was our very first vacation and we all had a blast. My grandsons truly loved the kayaks, but they scared this grandma to death. They paddled way out in the ocean and they only looked like dots. Dana’s place was very clean, the beds were comfortable. While we were there I sent a message to her and she responded very fast. I have told everyone we come in contact about Dana and her Big Beautiful house. We will see you again real soon!!! Thank you so much!!!

We booked the nest to use as getting ready space for my wedding. It was great for that purpose. The nest also made a peaceful spot to relax the day after. Everyone was helpful and responsive. It was hard for me to tell from the photos, but their are four rooms. You enter into a landing space with a coffee station. Then their is a little sitting room to the left side with a drawing table and love seat. Directly across from the front door is a bathROOM it is rather large for the size of the space and has a dressing room space behind the toilet. To the right is the bedroom with a bed, sitting chair, and dresser. Not an enormous space but fair nice.

This is a great place to stay when visiting Ocean Springs, MS. Close to everything we wanted to do, shop, dine. For us it was not close enough to walk; which was fine. Very easy to drive to and find parking close to everything we wanted to do. Will definitely go back OS and stay here. All in all the place get a 10 out of 10!

As usual. We had a great stay. We have stayed in Tom’s place before and love it. It’s cozy out of the way but close to everything. A short walk to the beach and not far from all the happenings downtown Ocean Springs. Where there is several restaurants and shops owned my locals. And every Saturday there’s a farmers market downtown in the parking lot of the welcoming center. Great place to visit
