Airbnb was fantastic! Quiet clean and an amazing pool to hang in, to top it off the host Brit is an absolute doll, she made our stay memorable for my husband baby and dog this weekend 10/5 stars!

Great two night stay and the house was walkable to everywhere we wanted to go. It was a nice neighborhood to walk the dogs and a dog park at the end of the street. We would def stay again!

Very beautiful home, we loved the large bathrooms, beautiful kitchen and super comfy beds! The location was nearby all we wanted to do while being an easy place just to stay in and relax. We loved it here and would absolutely return!

We got in to town late but were able to let ourselves in via David’s instructions, and the house looked exactly like all the pictures. One thing that drew us to this Airbnb was the amount of activities to do at the house and the baby/toddler amenities— the kids (10, 4, 1) were never bored, and when we couldn’t go to the beach they enjoyed the pool or played arcade games. Something I didn’t expect was the amount of beach supplies available, including children’s sand toys. They all came in quite handy! There was a desk available to work remotely, and the kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, etc for cooking and the grill was easy to use as well. Everything was perfect and picturesque! One thing that put a damper on our trip was the neighbor backed into one of our cars & left, so we had to file a hit and run report with the police— David went above and beyond to assist us and was able to get video footage from the neighbors showing the car that backed into us! 10/10 Highly recommend

House was super cute. The hosts thought of everything and had everything labeled as well as a guide book. Everything was clean. The only thing I would say was inconvenient was that we had to clean the pool frequently because of the foliage. A pool guy was supposed to come but we never saw anyone come clean the pool. That’s just a minor thing though and overall we loved our stay and would stay again!

The place was very clean and neat. Nicely decorated. Great location. Walking distance to the beach and food. We would rent here again.

The home was exactly as described and pictured. Check-in was a breeze. The area was peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed our short stay! Joseph was extremely accommodating and responsive!

Probably one of the best Airbnb‘s that we have ever stayed in it was very comfortable and the hosts take very good care of their home. You can tell that they really care about the guest that stay in their home and it’s not just a business for them. We can’t wait to come back! We stayed at this wonderful home for my daughter’s graduation from Eckerd College, and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The location is unbeatable—literally right across the street from the Eckerd College, which made everything so convenient. The house itself was spotless and incredibly comfortable. It truly felt like a home away from home. The pool was a highlight—clean, refreshing, and such a relaxing space for our family to enjoy some downtime. Nan, our host, was absolutely amazing. She was kind, responsive, and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. She made us feel so welcome, and by the end of our stay, I truly felt like I had made a friend. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Eckerd or looking for a relaxing and well-cared-for stay in the St. Pete area!

My son and I stayed at "The Merry Yacht" when in town for Eckerd college dorm summer move in. Condo exactly as described and she and her husband were consistently kind and timely with communication. They did not hesitate to allow my son to check in a few hours after I reached out the morning we arrived with a request as we were exhausted from early morning travel. Quiet, condo so comfortable and homey; pristine throughout. Safe and short walk to Starbucks and one of our favorite restaurants in St Pete - Tiki Docks. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

What a treasure!! Though small, it completely met our needs. Was clean and homey. Ideal location between downtown Saint Pete and the beaches. Loved the view of the water from the balcony. Kids loved the pool.

Amazing place to stay for a relaxing beach vacation!!! The cottage is adorable with a gorgeous view and you can’t beat walking right out the back door to the beach! We love staying here!

The BEST air bnb I have ever stayed in. The host was very responsive. The space looks EXACTLY like the photos (better even)!! We all had the most amazing time. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The backyard was secure and a great space to relax and let the dogs hang. Close to everything! Super super clean! Everything was better than expected. We will definitely be back!!!!!!

Room was as described, pleasant and clean ( the cleaning product used was very strong so we did have to air the room out for a short time) We loved our stay very much, the pool was definitely a bonus and we really enjoyed it. Great stay! He had everything needed for a beach day and we loved the washer and dryer which made everything worth it being able to dry our clothes/swimsuits. The place is as clean as a bachelor pad but as a girl I’m picky on how clean the floors are and the smell but I was able to clean during our stay. The amenities, the host, and location make it worth the stay!

Post hurricane Milton with no access to beaches, it was still a good stay. Walkable neighborhood and a cute little artsy downtown close by. Alayne was fantastic & we look forward to our next visit.

Ivy is so incredibly nice and easy to communicate with. Her property is beautiful and homey feeling. The only thing I could have wanted is more time there! She has supplies of every kind for “just in case you need them.” Some cold drinks in the fridge and a sweet backyard with plenty of seating and an outdoor shower. The beds were comfortable and plenty of towels and such to use. Close by to the main street with restaurants and such. Easy walk. Thank you Ivy and your team for a wonderful stay.

First off, I did not have to reach out to the host Kristin, because she was proactive in all the communications and provided us with any information we would have needed. The home is a luxurious as described with all the updated amenities, which made us feel at home and want for nothing. We also enjoyed the neighborhood as we were able to walk to local shops, restaurants, and bars. However, it seemed some places were still closed, which we believed was due to the most recent hurricane. The home was located next to a park which the pups enjoyed walking to each day. It was a memorable trip and we all commented that if we visit Gulfport again, we would definitely stay and this coastal luxury home again.

Second time staying at the beautiful place! Will again!

We really enjoyed our stay! The area was great—especially since we didn’t know much about St. Pete going in. Everything we planned was no more than a 15–20 minute drive away, which made getting around super easy. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe, and having a convenience store right next door was a huge plus. The place looked just like the pictures—if anything, it felt even more spacious in person. It’s definitely more than enough room for one or two people and makes for a very comfortable home away from home. While there’s no full kitchen, the unit had a coffee maker, microwave, and fridge, which was perfect for our needs. The host was amazing—extremely helpful and always responsive, even just checking in to make sure everything was going well.

This home has been completely redone inside. Nice decor with an open layout. Beds are comfortable, and the home is quiet inside. The neighborhood is just a basic neighborhood with some inconsistencies, but the location was perfect, just a half mile to stetson University and less than a mile to the downtown area

Luz was awesome and her place is super cute! We drove in from Orlando and arrived early and she let us check in early and check out late. Super accommodating.
