The Hoge Huis Cottessen

Het Hoge Huis consists of two vacation homes: one for 4 people, called De Boerderij, and one for 6 people, called ’t Hooge Huys, which can also be rented together for up to 10 people. This part of the carré farm was built in the 16th century. Beautifully restored, authentic, cozy, in the hilly landscape that is part of the Geuldal and because it is a Natura 2000 area, it has the highest European protection status. Gulpen, Valkenburg, Vaals, Aachen and Maastricht are waiting just a short distance away. Unique!

Guesthouse of monumental half-timbered house in the picturesque hamlet of Stokhem. 15 minutes from Maastricht! Ideal for a few days away in the hills and shopping in Maastricht. Part of this national monument from 1750 is now for rent as a vacation home! Small and cozy but fully furnished and renovated in 2023. Please note: ceiling height in kitchen 1.95m Your dog (1) is welcome! You can walk or cycle from the front door into the South Limburg hills! The house is at the bottom of the Keutenberg.

The apartment is in the converted marl barn, behind our house. The apartment has its own garden. It is a sustainable apartment with heat pump and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully furnished. There is a covered bicycle shed. Ingber is located in the heart of the Heuvelland, with hiking and biking trails. At 200 meters away, you can take the bus to Maastricht or Aachen. Our animals (dog, cat, horses, donkeys, chickens and a rooster) welcome you. Pets are therefore not welcome.

The stone cottage is located in the back of our garden, in the middle of the Heuvelland. You have your own entrance. The cottage consists of a kitchen, simple shower/toilet, living room and a bedroom with 2 box springs (120 x 200 cm). At the rear of the house is a terrace with garden (50 m2), which only you can use. Free WiFi. Upon arrival, the beds will be made and towels and kitchen linen will be waiting for you. Coffee, tea, milk and sugar are also provided.

This brand new outdoor accommodation, including private hot tub, since May 2022 is the perfect base for the real peace and nature lover, cyclist or hiker.
