We stayed for few days. Very nice, clean, and quiet apartment. Location is convenient as it is within the City Center; Bashundara City shopping mall, restaurants, hospitals are nearby. Host and care takers are friendly and welcoming. Apartment is renovated, so it feels like living abroad with open kitchen and other amenities. Highly recommended for short and long term staycation with family.

Ashraf’s place provided my family the opportunity to stay close to our extended family and celebrate Eid together very comfortably. The place was in a very convenient distance from a prime location. Ashraf as a host was very warm, responsive and cooperative. I recommend Ashraf as a wonderful host.

The apartment is beautiful and you can tell straight away that Nahid has put a lot of effort into decorating the place very tastefully. The location is perfect right next to one of Niketon's gates which is very practical for telling drivers or friends where you are. The well known restaurants, shops and supermarkets of Gulshan are either within walking distance or a couple of minutes away. The building is modern and the view is great, out of the window the green trees in the rain is something special. But even better than the listing is Nahid herself, always helpful, polite, full of useful tips, nothing is too much bother. I recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in one of the best parts of Dhaka in terms of infrastructure, amenities...etc and a very clean modern and tasteful apartment, with a great host.

We had a wonderful stay! My wife and I stayed here for one night, from June 11 to 19 and we were truly impressed. The place was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. The hospitality was warm and genuine — we felt very welcomed throughout our stay. One of the highlights is the location. As soon as you step out of the building, you’ll find restaurants, a supermarket, and a laundry shop — everything you might need is just a few steps away. We are genuinely happy with our experience and would gladly come back again. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant!

I truly liked the location and the overall stature of the apartment. It’s a nice, cozy, and very conveniently located apartment, making either part of the Dhaka city accessible quite conveniently. The building itself is at the end of the road, making it very quite and peaceful, while the close surroundings are quite busy with shops, markets, etc. - so, it’s very suitable if you want to stay and sleep in a peaceful and quite environment, yet want relatively easy access to stores. Several markets and shopping centers are also very conveniently located. Of course, this nice little place can be even better and more comfortable with a bit of fixes/renovation work. Last but not least, the owner, property caretaker, and the associated staff - all were very nice and helpful! They most certainly did their best to help make my stay comfortable.

It was a great stay. The area is very secure and peaceful. The host was responsive and helpful. The only problem was the television. It needs an upgrade. The remote was not working. I booked this place because the TV was mentioned. Other than that everything was fine. Hopefully, I will book this place again.

Stayed one night in this beautiful rooftop apartment. The views were stunning, and the apartment was stylish, clean, and well-equipped. The rooftop terrace was perfect for relaxing. The host was friendly and check-in was easy. Highly recommend for a unique stay!

Our check in was very easy. We really enjoyed at Mr Ma's place. The manager is nice & helpful. Owner have very good taste & choice to decorate & furnish the home so nicely. Even internet router signal was good at all rooms of this big home.

The host was incredibly responsive, even with my late check-in due to a flight delay. They were very understanding, and the caretaker on-site was a great help during my middle-of-the-night arrival. Overall, it was a smooth and welcoming experience!

Very nice place near by unitary dhanmondi also coffeehut has the best drink I had in dhaka.Owner is a very kind people. pls always remember turn off AC water heater and close door.
