Holiday rentals with a kayak in Gun Lake

Highly recommend staying here for a lake vacation! It’s a beautiful spot with easy swimming, kayaking, and fishing right out the back door. It was extremely clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking items and dishes. The beach towels and chairs that were available were so helpful to us. And Alanna graciously allowed us a late check out after our son’s baseball game so we didn’t have to rush. I will say, we had 4 adults and 5 kids (1 toddler) and this place certainly can accommodate everyone, but probably better suited for a family of 5-6 if you have to spend time indoors. But our kids even said they wanted to make this a yearly vacation spot.

We absolutely loved our stay at Pine Lake. We will definitely be returning next summer! The home was perfectly cozy and clean, and our entire family enjoyed the relaxation it provided. From kayaking to fishing, afternoon board games and cooking in the beautiful kitchen, it was all perfect.

First time in Michigan and 100% would stay again. It was a lovely home to stay in. Very close to most places great for group or family get away!

Shannon’s place was great! We brought the sleds, it was a quick easy jog to the trails, plows left the side of the roads for the sleds. Parking is on the tighter side, but Shannon has options, so just let her know and she will gladly try and figure something out. We enjoyed our stay and plan on returning

Wonderful place. Photos and description are accurate. Very clean. Comfortable beds and furniture. Clean linens. Plenty of kitchen amenities for meal preparation. Quiet neighborhood close to Lake Macatawa and Holland attractions. Lynelle is a friendly and thoughtful host. We would definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect cabin for a little getaway! It was so peaceful and quiet, had everything we needed for cooking and enjoying the water. There are a lot of cute small towns nearby to enjoy as well. Clean, comfortable and cozy!

We had such a great stay at this cabin. It was clean and comfortable. The view of the lake was beautiful, and we spent a lot of time relaxing outside enjoying the view and the campfire. We also got out on the kayaks which was a lot of fun. The hot tub was perfect after a long bike ride, and the quiet, peaceful setting made it easy to unwind. It really felt like a nice little escape into nature. Also being able to bring the dog was a big bonus too. Lexi was very friendly and accommodating and made the whole process very smooth. This place is definitely a hidden gem in southwest Michigan. Great spot for a family recommendation, highly recommend!

This home is private, peaceful, and the wildlife is great. The grandbabies for to see a turtle have her babies, swans, geese, ducks with their babies, cranes, pike, mongoose and so much more. The home held the entire family so we didn't have to get 2 houses and we made amazing memories in this beautiful home. Thank you so much Jaleen:)

Blue Iris is a comfortable, chic cottage with touches of blue accents. The kitchen is well stocked with basics. It is in a quiet neighborhood with a short walk to the dock on Spring Lake

This lakeside cabin is an idyllic vacation getaway for couples. It took some trial and error to able to use the listed appliances, but we managed to find a proper routine for using them. The hammock is set up in the perfect place under the trees. The sunsets are absolutely gorgeous. And, best of all, bubble wands. (Probably more intended for family use, but blowing bubbles is the ultimate way to relax.) 10 out of 10. Would booked again. Communication was seamless from start to finish, and Jacob went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The neighborhood was conveniently located for our job site and when we had to extend he did everything to accommodated to our needs! Our guys would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for the great hospitality!

The cabin was just as described, and it fit our needs perfectly. It is listed as a fishing cabin and we used the provided canoe and fished. My wife and I caught 41 bass between the two of us. When we weren’t fishing, we were relaxing under the giant willow tree on the edge of the lake. The view was truly amazing. We saw an eagle, many osprey, many great blue herons, a pair of swans with a baby, and even a muskrat swam by. Our stay was fantastic. Thank you, Aaron.

The lake house was beautiful and everything was just as described, we had more than enough towels and linens along with toiletries and dish and laundry soap, furniture was comfortable and there was enough for our family of 4 we enjoyed the the beach area very much they even had beach toys in the shed for our little. He was very responsive and friendly.

This was our second time staying at Benjamin’s house. I’ve stayed at many Airbnb’s in the Grand Rapids area and this one is my favorite. My family and I enjoy kayaking on the lake. With all the windows , we still feel we are outdoors when we are inside. A great place to stay. Very clean , spacious , and comfortable.

We lost power at our first air bnb and needed a place to move to fairly quick. I found Brendin’s place and messaged him. He responded immediately and said we could check in as soon as needed. The place was beautiful! We didn’t get to use the outside since we were there only a couple of days and had a family Wedding one of those days. Thank you Brandin and Haley!

We had a wonderful Memorial weekend getaway! The house was perfect for our family of 4 and our dog. We enjoyed all this property inside and outside. All the little touches from smore kits, popcorn machine, charging station, games for the family and towels for the hot tub made this property even better. We enjoyed hiking at trails nearby. My husband and son fished every day. Went into Hastings and Middleville for some amazing dinners. We had some breathtaking sunsets as well! We would love to come back when the weather is even warmer to fully enjoy the lake.

What a wonderful find this adorable little cabin was!!! Although tiny it has everything we needed for a relaxing and fun stay. Having the kayaks to use was wonderful and the steps and decks leading to the beautiful lake are just perfect.

What a beautiful cabin! My husband and I were looking to get away for a few days and enjoy a cozy, private place! This home checked all of our boxes! Very nicely kept, home was orderly, comfortable and had everything we needed. The hot tub was perfect as it snowed the day after our arrival and was peaceful and serene! We were able to start a fire in the fireplace and enjoyed relaxing on the comfy sofas! Huge soaker tub in upstairs bathroom and plenty of bedrooms and a fun basement area! The perfect setup! We will have to bring some friends back with us next time- tons of room for several guests to enjoy! We dined at several local restaurants (within a 10 minute drive) that were delicious and spent some time on Water St for shopping, food, and brews! A must-stay place!

We had such an amazing stay on Jim's property. The lake, easy to get to in a short walk, was very serene with a ton of activities to do. We pedal- and paddle-boarded and also used the aqua-cycle! We also sat around the firepit and saw a ton of shooting stars. The bikes were also great, and it wasn't a far drive from South Haven where we went to the farmer's market and would have gone to the beach if it were warmer. Although there were two RVs with people also on the front of the property, it still felt pretty private and everyone kept to themselves. The most interaction with other people was walking on the boardwalk to the lake and hanging out on the dock. Such a fun weekend!

Kenny's Kabin was perfect for our stay. The cabin was described accurately and was very clean. I can't say enough about the friendliness and clear communication from the hosts. It felt like we were staying with family. Would recommend.
