Best choice for business purpose or family holidays. It's located at the heart of Textile/Fashion center Merter, 5 minutes distance to Metro/Metrobüs by walk. Old Town and seaside are 10 minutes distance by car. Our apartment is definitely best option for short or long term rentals either with family or individually especially who comes to city for business and also touristic reasons, Air conditioning is available in all rooms
