Bring the family for fishing, fun and relaxation while enjoying our cozy 3 bedroom/2 bath home across the street from beautiful Lake Guntersville! Perfect central location, sleeps 8 comfortably, easy in/out level parking for 3 trucks w/ boats; outside electric plugs and LESS THAN 1 block from our largest public boat ramp. Across the street is our 7 mile park bordering the lake with walking/bicycle trails, playground, picnic areas, basketball, 2 miles from Superior Courts & historic downtown.

Nature getaway, 5 Minutes from downtown

This is an apartment in the lower area of the house and has its own entry. It has a good size living room, bedroom with only one queen bed and kitchen. Large deck with pond and garden. There are fresh towels and linens, hair dryer, iron, soap, shampoo and some extras in case you forgot anything at home. The kitchen will usually have oatmeal, apple juice, orange juice, bottled water, a Kurig,regular coffee machine with coffee and a french press. Steep driveway but you can park in bottom lot.

Thatcher's Mill House On The Ridge. A one dog show

Thatcher's Mill House was built in 1919 for the mill workers 3 blocks down that worked at Standard-Coosa Thatcher Mill. It was a shotgun house that started with knob and tube electricity and no plumbing. Remodeled and now like new this is a little gem that invites guests to enjoy what Chattanooga offers. Tv in the Living Room and bedroom. Kitchen is fully furnished and excellent WiFi...300 mgbs. There is a one dog limit with a $50 nonrefundable pet fee. I do not offer a military discount .

Come relax at this newly renovated peaceful place to stay in north Arab, only 5 minutes from town. Approximately 20 min to South Huntsville and 30 min to Cullman. Guntersville Lake is just 15 minutes away and we have plenty of room for boat parking! We live near the property and have a friendly Great Pyrenees named Betty White that roams our property, is nosey and likes to greet our guests occasionally. You may see a herd of cows in the pasture behind the house.
