Amazing house you would t expect to find that when you see it externally. definitely recommend

The place is one of the best and most beautiful stays I ever had! Well positioned, beautiful surroundings, walkable distance to pretty and calm hikes, close to the city by car, a lot to visit, do and see around! Although we had not had time to do much, as the place itself offers so many amenities… there are so many things to do around: monasteries and the citadel of Suceava visits, horse riding, amazing food and others. The hosts were just wonderful! Very carrying, proactive, clear in their instructions and greatly responsive! Alex and Adi were fantastic, and Evie, the little one, was a joy to meet ☺️! Would 100% stay again, and would strongly recommend it to anyone, from families to groups of friends!

Aura made us feel very welcome. We were a group of 10, with children, everyone with different needs and questions, which Aura answered promptly. It’s worth knowing the cabin is on a busy main national road, giving it great access to the whole area; the traffic sound is audible from the property. The cabin is situated next to a car demolition site, with shells of old cars, and construction works are taking place on the fields on top and below the house. So the beautifully designed building is not as remote and tranquil as it might appear from the photographs, which was a little disappointing. However, the cabin has great bbq facilities, jacuzzi and sauna. We were particularly thankful for Aura sending someone to turn the wood heating system on late in the evening, when the children were cold. The children were also super excited at Aura’s generosity sending local delicacies for breakfast.

Close to Suceava, convenient for business or meetings with friends

The Strabunic House is the ideal place for groups of families with children. The cleanliness is absolute, you have at your disposal everything you need in a house. Welcoming hosts 🙂

★★★★★ A Dream Stay in Vatra Dornei! Our stay at Ionel’s beautiful holiday home was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, Ionel’s warm hospitality made us feel at home. He made the fire for us every morning and evening, ensuring we were always cozy. The house is incredibly spacious, featuring six large, comfortable bedrooms, a beautifully designed living room, and a charming traditional aesthetic. I especially appreciated the two bedrooms with desks, which gave me the perfect space to work with my laptop and monitor. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the essentials, so was the walk-in pantry. The outdoor BBQ gazebo was a dream—perfect for cooking and dining with family and friends. Ionel was also kind enough to let us bring our pup, who stayed warm in the entry hall. Every detail was thought out to make our stay exceptional. We truly can’t recommend this place and Ionel as a host enough. We’ll definitely be back!

Raluca is an amazing host, as well as a person. I booked her place for my mom to stay for the night, and she went above and beyond to make my mom comfortable, and help in any way possible. My mom described the place to be very clean, well organized, luxury and very comfortable. Wish there were more people like Raluca that would make the world a better place.

Is a very nice place to stay a few days in the nature. Plenty of things and activities to do nearby. The location is a remote one so you can enjoy the privacy and have a great time

We had a great stay at Mircea‘s place. Really beautiful Hut. As it says in the description, you need to heat it with a Wood-fired oven, so you need to know how to use it. (Although I am sure Mircea is happy to help!) We didn’t use the sauna, but it looked really nice as well! Mircea was super friendly and helpful, when there was an issue with the water he was able to fix it within minutes. Overall we had a great time. Thanks!

The place is nothing short of amazing! It looks even better than the pictures and it has absolutely everything you could need. As for Elena, she went above and beyond to make our stay there as enjoyable as possible. Will definitely return!

Note 10 for this place to stay. Really impressive. We loved it. Very nicely arranged and equipped with everything you need. A big plus was the fact that the area is very quiet. Also, the breakfast and lunch (optional for a fee) were great. It was totally worth it and we will definitely want to come back.

It was a dream experience, I highly recommend. The house is fed with water from the natural springs of the Călimani mountains, Mr. Emanuel , in addition to the hospitality he showed, caught us trout from the 2 ponds he has in the yard and we enjoyed our taste buds chilling on the grill. Mr. Emanuel's father warmed us on New Year's Eve with a bottle of real palette and his mother prepared for us a Bucovinean soup that didn't last even 5 minutes on the table, we being hung over from loud parties. The house and the yard look much better than in the pictures, equipped with anything you might need, the impeccable cleanliness. Do not occupy your luggage with towels, cleaning supplies, spices, etc., because the conditions beat any hotel. The view around the house is fabulous ,in the area are a lot of places you can visit and activities on the chosen. We won't forget this experience, a fairytale place with wonderful people. All the best and we'll be back for sure
