The closest neighbor is 400 meters away. Otherwise: Gurghiului Valley in front of the terrace, a year-round jacuzzi, a swimming pool that can be heated in late spring and early fall when the nights are cold, and two private ponds in the yard where you can fish. Three bedrooms, one in the attic with its own bathroom and bathtub and a view over the valley. Local organic products on the house: cottage cheese, eggs, vegetables, bacon, salami. The last 2 km to the property are a stone road.
