Great flat! One of the best I’ve seen in Georgia after living there for 2 years. The location is near everything in the town. The beach is 5 minutes walk. The owner is very helpful and friendly

I loved this apartment. It is very spacious, nice natural light during the morning, good kitchen, great balcony and comfortable bed. Everything was good and I felt very comfortable. I I didn't want to leave the apartment at all. I know it is hard to find good airbnbs like this one that ✅️ all the things that I like and look for in an apartment. The hosts were very friendly. Would come back again if needed! And I would recommend it to a friend ;)

The best thing here is to wake up and fall asleep with the sound of the sea. The noise of the waves compensates for all the shortcomings!

A very nice apartment in the center of Kobuleti, easy to reach by a 20 minutes walk from the local train station, and close to the beach. The service of Bachana and his sister was very helpful and friendly including fast answers. I can highly recommend the apartment.

My family and I recently stayed at Keti's apartment, and I must say it looks even better than the photos! The three balconies offer stunning views of the sea, making it a perfect spot to relax. The apartment is all new and impeccably clean, creating a comfortable atmosphere. Keti is incredibly friendly and even assisted us with parking, which was a great help. Highly recommend this place!

The house was cool, although it was 30 degrees outside. There is a parking lot near the house. The host is responsive, always very quick to respond to messages. Sandy beach one minute away. Everything is made for a comfortable stay for the whole family! I recommend this house! Now this is one of the favorite places in Georgia

We spent honeymoon together with my wife and our relatives so we chose Rene’s house for staying in Kobuleti. It was a such pleasure to be the guests of Rene.The house is situated in cozy and calm place almost on the Black Sea shore. It’s about 2 mins from house to the beach by walk. Clean bed linen, rooms etc. You can feel there as at home. Thank you Rene and to your father for hospitality ! Highly recommended!

An apartment by the beach. Great for sunbathing and bathing in the sea. All the comforts provided. Pretty good access to Batumi. Great base for trips to national parks. A great place to relax and walk. A home with modern amenities. Very tasteful decorated. I recommend.

Great house that comfortably accommodated two families (5 adults and 3 children). Excellent location among pine trees, in close proximity to the sea (the beach outside the territory is 30-40 meters from the house), stunning view from the window to the sea, hammocks, sunbeds, a clean sandy beach with a smooth entrance and without an excessive number of people. Quiet place (no cafes and restaurants nearby). On the large terrace you can have a wonderful time with your friends. For the kids there are small activities: swings and a small slide. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary utensils and appliances (stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc.). There is a parking lot for cars and a grill on the territory. Valeria was always in touch and responded very quickly and helped with various questions and requests. Thank you so much for a wonderful summer getaway!

Convenient location Great balcony and the view Freshly remodelled and very good looking Well equipped kitchen Big mirrors and huge wardrobe Nice bed and bathroom AC is quiet and reliable The only downside -- occasional water supply shortages :( Walls are thin so that I was able to hear neighbours next door celebrating, but they were quiet at night, so actually no issues here

Hosts are very responsive. 5 minutes to the sea and it's good that the house is not on the first line, there is no noise from restaurants. We had a crib on purpose. Everything matches the photos and description.

Elene is a very nice hostess. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The beach is right around the corner too. We were there with the baby and it was very good.
